อบจ.ภูเก็ต เตรียมความพร้อมจัดงาน อบจ.สัญจร ณ ขุมน้ำบางมะรวน ต.ศรีสุนทร วันเสาร์ที่ 21 ก.พ.58

เมื่อวันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสรธรรม จินดา รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมจัดงานโครงการ อบจ.สัญจร ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2558 ในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลศรีสุนทร อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี นายบุญเสริม สุวรรณรัฐภูมิ ที่ปรึกษานายก อบจ.ภูเก็ต นายธีระ เจี่ยสกุล ประธานสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต พร้อมคณะสมาชิกสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ อบจ.ภูเก็ต คณะจากเทศบาลตำบลศรีสุนทร และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมการประชุม

ด้วยองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้กำหนดจัดงาน “อบจ.สัญจร” ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2558 ร่วมกับจังหวัดภูเก็ต และเทศบาลตำบลศรีสุนทร ในวันเสาร์ที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 เวลา 08.00-1400 น. ณ บริเวณขุมน้ำบางมะรวน ตำบลศรีสุนทร อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต และได้กำหนดพิธีเปิดเวลา 10.00 น. ทั้งนี้ เพื่อพบปะ รับฟังความคิดเห็นปัญหาความต้องการของประชาชน จัดบริการสาธารณะในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น โดยจัดกิจกรรมการออกหน่วยให้บริการแก่ประชาชน ทั้งของหน่วยงานราชการและเอกชน การให้ความบันเทิง และจัดเวทีประชาคม ตลอดจนเพื่อการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ตามแนวทางของศูนย์ปรองดองสมานฉันท์เพื่อการปฏิรูปประชาชนทุกภาคส่วน จึงได้จัดให้มีการประชุมในครั้งนี้เพื่อรับทราบการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดงาน อบจ.สัญจร ของฝ่ายต่างๆ อาทิ ฝ่ายอำนวยการ ฝ่ายดำเนินการจัดงาน และประสานงาน ฝ่ายพิธีการและกิจกรรม ฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ ฝ่ายจัดสถานที่ ฝ่ายเวทีประชาคม ฝ่ายบริการ ฝ่ายยานพาหนะ การจราจร และรักษาความปลอดภัย ฝ่ายติดตามและประเมินผล
