ผู้ตรวจราชการสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีเขตตรวจราชการที่ 7 ลงพื้นที่ภูเก็ตติดตามโครงการยุทธศาสตร์กลุ่มจังหวัดพร้อมกำชับจังหวัดเร่งแก้การลักลอบถมขุมเหมือง ส่งผลกระทบการขาดน้ำอุปโภค-บริโภค

เมื่อเวลา 10.00 น. วันที่ 17 กันยายน  2558  ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางอรวรรณ ขุมทรัพย์ ผู้ตรวจราชการสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีเขตตรวจราชการที่ 7 เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการธรรมาภิบาลจังหวัดภูเก็ต (ก.ธ.จ.)โดยมีนายสรนันท์ เสน่ห์ รองประธานกรรมการธรรมาภิบาลจังหวัดภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เข้าร่วม

วาระการประชุมที่สำคัญ มีการติดตามผลการดำเนินโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการของจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัดจำนวน 10 โครงการ และติดตามการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ขุมน้ำในจังหวัดภูเก็ตเพื่อแก้ปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำอุปโภค-บริโภค จ. ภูเก็ต นางอรวรรณ กล่าวว่า การติดตามการดำเนินโครงการของจังหวัดภูเก็ตจำนวน 10 โครงการ มีการดำเนินการตามแผนงานที่วางไว้ ไม่มีการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์และเสรีภาพของประชาชน โดยแต่ละโครงการเกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์มีประสิทธิภาพ เกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน ขณะที่ปัญหาน้ำอุปโภค-บริโภค ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีการลักลอบถมดินเพื่อบุกรุกครอบครองขุมน้ำ ซึ่งเป็นเหมืองแร่เก่าและมีพื้นที่สาธารณะจำนวนมาก ทำให้ในอนาคต จังหวัดภูเก็ตจะเกิดปัญหาขาดแหล่งน้ำดิบในการผลิตน้ำอุปโภค-บริโภค ซึ่งเรื่องนี้ทาง ก.ธ.จ. จ. ภูเก็ต จะประสานกับทางจังหวัดเพื่อแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวต่อไป
