กสทช.จัดประชุม อบรม สร้างความเข้าใจ เรื่องรายได้จากการประกอบกิจการกระจายเสียงและโทรทัศน์ และการยื่นชำระค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตรายปี ให้กับผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดภูเก็ต
เมื่อวันที่ 26 เมษายน 2559 ที่ห้องดารา เธียร์เตอร์ ชั้น G โรงแรมดาราภูเก็ต อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต
สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์และกิจการคมนาคมแห่งชาติ หรือ กสทช. ได้จัดการประชุมและฝึกอบรม เพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาต ประกอบกิจการกระจายเสียงและโทรทัศน์ ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ในเรื่องของ รายได้จากการประกอบกิจการกระจายเสียงและโทรทัศน์ และการยื่นชำระค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตรายปี โดยมี ผู้ประกอบการจาก บริษัท ห้างหุ่นส่วนจำกัด ทั้งวิทยุ และเคเบิ้ลทีวี ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ร่วมประมาณ 30 คน
โดยในช่วงเช้า ได้มีการนำเสนอหลักการกำหนดรายได้จากการประกอบกิจการและการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการกระขายเสียงและกิจการโทรทัศน์ โดย ดร.สุวัจชัย เมฆะอำนวยชัย และนายวรวิทย์ พันธ์ธนุสร ที่ปรึกษา กสทช. ที่มี ประสบการณ์ ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชี ทั้งในและต่างประเทศมากว่า 20 ปี ที่จะมาแนะนำความรู้และความเข้าใจในเรื่องหลักการกำหนดและแจกแจงรายได้จากการประกอบกิจการ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้นำเสนอ ประเด็นที่ควรให้ความสนใจจากการสอบทานชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในอนุญาตประกอบกิจกรรมกระจายเสียงและกิจการโทรทัศน์ เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจให้แก่ผู้รับใบอนุญาต ในเรื่องการจัดทำบัญชี รายงานทางการเงิน และการจำแนกรายได้ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการประกอบกิจการให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตสามารถจัด เตรียมข้อมูลรายงานในการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตรายปี ได้ ทั้งนี้ ในช่วงบ่าย จะเป็นการทำ เวิร์คช๊อป การยื่นชำระค่าธรรมเนียมผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต และจะมีการสรุปการประชุมในแต่ละหัวข้อต่อไป
