เมื่อวันที่ 14 ตุลาคม 2558 เวลา 13.30 น. ที่ สภ. ถลาง นางวาสนา ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา นายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดภูเก็ต นำสมาชิกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดภูเก็ตมอบสิ่งของเครื่องใช้ให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.ถลาง จำนวน 30 ชุด โดยมี พ.ต.อ. สมาน ชัยณรงค์ รองผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต และ พ.ต.อ. ชาณุชาญ ชัยนุวัฒน์ ผกก.สภ.ถลาง ร่วมรับมอบ
นางวาสนา ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา กล่าวว่า รู้สึกเสียใจกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น แต่ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.ถลางทุกนายที่อดทน อดกลั้น กับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ถึงแม้ภาพลักษณ์การเผารถยนต์โรงพัก จะส่งผลกระทบต่อภูเก็ตบ้าง แต่คิดว่า ด้วยความเป็นมืออาชีพของส่วนราชการทุกหน่วยที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ช่วยกันทำความเข้าใจกับบุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่ทราบข้อมูลกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ก็จะช่วยให้ทุกอย่างดีขึ้น
