เมื่อวันที่ 20 กันยายน  2558  เวลา 06.19 น. ที่บริเวณสวนสาธารณหาดในทอน อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรมเดิน-วิ่ง การกุศล แอคคอร์ “ฮาร์ทเบรก” ฮิลล์ มินิมาราธอน ครั้งที่ 1 โดยมีนักวิ่ง ชาย-หญิง ทุกเพศ ทุกวัย จากจังหวัดภูเก็ต และใกล้เคียง รวมทั้งนักวิ่งชาวต่างชาติ กว่า 1 พันคนเข้าร่วม

ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศธรรมชาติที่สวยงามตลอดเส้นทาง สำหรับ กิจกรรมเดิน-วิ่ง การกุศล แอคคอร์ “ฮาร์ทเบรก” ฮิลล์ มินิมาราธอน ครั้งที่ 1 กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือ”พูลแมน ภูเก็ต อาคเดีย” จัดขึ้น ภายใต้ชื่อ ใจละลายที่ปลายควน เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ตามนโยบายของรัฐบาลและจังหวัดภูเก็ต และเพื่อสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนมีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงด้วยการออกกำลังกาย พร้อมทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างสายสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างนักวิ่ง แขกผู้พักอาศัยในโรงแรม สมาคมนักเรียนและนักศึกษา ข้าราชการและองค์การส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดภูเก็ตและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง ทั้งนี้รายได้หลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายมอบเป็นทุนการศึกษาให้แก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนในตำบลสาคู จังหวัดภูเก็ต และโรงเรียนอื่นๆในจังหวัดใกล้เคียง โดยแบ่งการแข่งขันออกเป็น2 ประเภท คือ วิ่งระยะทาง 4.5 กม. และวิ่งระยะทาง 10.5 กม. สำหรับ ผู้ชนะเลิศแต่ละประเภทรับถ้วยเกียรติยศของนายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมเหรียญที่ระลึก
