อบจ.ภูเก็ต ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวของ จ.ภูเก็ต หลักสูตร “การบริหารงานด้วยเทคนิคการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานในธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว”

เมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2558 เวลา 10.00 น. ที่โรงแรมเพิร์ลภูเก็ต อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสรธรรม จินดา รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดการอบรมโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดภูเก็ต หลักสูตร “การบริหารงานด้วยเทคนิคการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Competency) ในธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 10-12 มิถุนายน 2558 โดย นายนเรศ ศรีนาค ประธานชมรมบริหารงานบุคคลจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวรายงานความเป็นมาของโครงการ และได้รับเกียรติจาก อ.ธีรยุทธ เกียรติพิริยะวงศ์ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อดังกล่าว โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรม จำนวน 50 คน เป็นผู้บริหารงานและหัวหน้างานฝ่ายต่างๆ ในสถานประกอบการด้านการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ต

นายนเรศ ศรีนาค ประธานชมรมบริหารงานบุคคลจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า “การจัดอบรม หลักสูตร “การบริหารงานด้วยเทคนิคการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Competency) ในธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว” เป็นการจัดอบรมตามโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายจาก อบจ.ภูเก็ต ตามนโยบายของ นายก อบจ.ภูเก็ต ที่ประสงค์ให้รายได้ของ อบจ.ภูเก็ต ที่ได้รับมาจากการนำส่งค่าธรรมเนียมบำรุง อบจ.ภูเก็ต จากผู้เข้าพักในโรงแรมนั้น ได้กลับไปสู่ผู้ที่มีส่วนในการจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมให้ อบจ.ภูเก็ต

การจัดฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการบริหารงานโดยใช้เทคนิคการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร ซึ่งนำไปสู่การแก้ไข ปรับปรุง และพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมาย สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันกับคู่แข่งขันทางการท่องเที่ยว อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำการบริหารงานดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการสรรหาบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวที่ได้มาตรฐานอีกด้วย ในการนี้ ขอขอบคุณ อบจ.ภูเก็ต ที่เห็นความสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยการสนับสนุนงบประมาณการฝึกอบรมให้กับชมรมบริหารงานบุคคลจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้สถานประกอบการด้านการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตมีบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ มีมาตรฐาน และบริหารสถานประกอบการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป”

ด้าน นายสรธรรม จินดา รองนายก อบจ.ภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า “จากวัตถุประสงค์ของการฝึกอบรม เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมได้ทราบถึงวิธีการบริหารงานด้วยเทคนิคการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร ซึ่งผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรมจะได้นำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการแก้ไข ปรับปรุง และวางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันในตลาดการท่องเที่ยว อันจะส่งผลให้การบริหารงานของผู้ประกอบการด้านธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล สามารถแข่งขันกับประเทศที่เป็นคู่แข่งทางการท่องเที่ยวและยืนอยู่ในตลาดการท่องเที่ยวโลกได้ ทั้งนี้ จึงขอสนับสนุน

จังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวที่มีความสวยงามทางธรรมชาติ ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ประเพณีและการบริการที่ดี ซึ่งเป็นจุดขายที่มีความสำคัญและมีชื่อเสียงในตลาดท่องเที่ยวโลก ประกอบกับอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวนั้นเป็นรายได้หลักของจังหวัดภูเก็ตและประเทศ ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการท่องเที่ยว จึงจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องมีความรู้ในการบริหารและนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีคุณภาพสามารถสร้างความประทับใจ และเกิดแรงจูงใจในการเดินทางกลับมาท่องเที่ยวยังจังหวัดภูเก็ตเพิ่มมากขึ้น ซึ่งบุคลากรทางด้านการท่องเที่ยวเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างความประทับใจนั้นแก่นักท่องเที่ยว

อย่างไรก็ตาม หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า การฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทุกท่านในการนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมกันนี้ ขอขอบคุณวิทยากร ผู้จัดการฝึกอบรม และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายที่มีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนการจัดฝึกอบรมครั้งนี้
