ภูเก็ตประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด (ศอ.ปสจ.ภูเก็ต)
เมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2559 ที่ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเขต 18 ภูเก็ต นายสนิท ศรีวิหค รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดครั้งที่ 2/2560 โดยมี นายถาวรวัฒน์ คงแก้ว ปลัดจังหวัดภูเก็ต นาวาเอกบวร พรหมแก้วงาม รองผู้อำนวยการ กอ.รมน.จังหวัดภูเก็ตและส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม
วาระการประชุมที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดจังหวัดภูเก็ต การติดตามและเร่งรัดการจัดทำโครงการและเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณปี 2560 การรายงานผลการดำเนินงานโครงการค่ายปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมศูนย์ขวัญแผ่นดินจังหวัดภูเก็ตที่มีการดำเนินการจัดมาแล้ว 2 รุ่นที่ศาลเจ้าท่าเรือ อำเภอถลาง
ทั้งนี้ที่ประชุมได้เร่งรัดให้ทุกหน่วยงานดำเนินงานตามแผนงานโครงการที่ได้วางไว้ ส่วนการป้องกันและปราบปรามก็ได้กำชับให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเร่งดำเนินการในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติดซึ่งในจังหวัดภูเก็ต พบว่า ยังมีการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติดอย่างต่อเนื่อง แม้จะมีการจับกุมผู้ค้ายาเสพติดโดยตลอด แต่ก็ยังคงมีการลักลอบนำยาเสพติดมาจำหน่ายในพื้นที่อยู่ตลอดเวลา ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่จะได้มีการปราบปรามอย่างจริงจังต่อไป
