คณะกรรมการพิจารณาสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำจังหวัดภูเก็ต มีมติเห็นชอบการขออนุญาตสร้างสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำปะการังเทียม บริเวณเกาะไม้ท่อน

เมื่อวันที่ 2 ตุลาคม  2558  ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการพิจารณาสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำจังหวัดภูเก็ต ครั้งที่ 6/2557 ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมีนายเกษม สุขวารี ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมจังหวัดภูเก็ต และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

ที่ประชุมมีวาระการพิจารณา เรื่อง สำนักงานเจ้าท่าภูมิภาคสาขาภูเก็ต เสนอหนังสือขอความเห็นชอบเบื้องต้น เกี่ยวกับการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำ ประกอบด้วย บริษัท สิมิลัน สคูบ้า สปอร์ต จำกัด ขออนุญาตสร้างสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำประเภท ปะการังเทียม บริเวณเกาะไม้ท่อน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อเป็นแหล่งดำน้ำและส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว และ บริษัทโตโยต้าเพิร์ล ผู้จำหน่ายโตโยต้า จำกัด ขออนุญาตสร้างสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำประเภทสะพานข้ามคลอง บริเวณคลองสาธารณประโยชน์ ตำบลเกาะแก้ว อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมมีมติเห็นชอบเบื้องต้น เกี่ยวกับการขออนุญาตสร้างสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำจำนวน 2 รายการดังกล่าว อย่างไรก็ตาม นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า ขอให้สำนักงานเจ้าท่าภูมิภาค สาขาภูเก็ต ตรวจสอบพิจารณาการขออนุญาตการก่อสร้างให้ถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนระเบียบของสำนักงานทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อให้ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการพิจารณาสิ่งล่วงล้ำลำน้ำจังหวัดภูเก็ตติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง
