การพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบแผนพัฒนาจังหวัดภูเก็ต 4 ปี (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2564)

ที่ห้องประชุมคอซิมบี้ ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารงานจังหวัดภูเก็ตแบบบูรณาการ (ก.บ.จ.) จังหวัดภูเก็ตโดยมีนายศรันยู เสมา หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายณรงค์ อ่อนอินทร์ หัวหน้ากลุ่มยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาจังหวัดและส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี กล่าวว่า การประชุมในวันนี้มีเรื่องสำคัญ 2 เรื่อง คือเรื่องเพื่อทราบและการพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบแผนพัฒนาจังหวัดภูเก็ต 4 ปี (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2564) โดยในเรื่องเพื่อทราบได้แก่เรื่องผลการดำเนินโครงการและผลการเบิกจ่ายโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ 2559 ซึ่งจังหวัดภูเก็ตได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณจำนวน 25 โครงการงบประมาณกว่า 160 ล้านบาท ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีการเบิกจ่ายอยู่ที่กว่า 109 ล้านบาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 66.95 โดยยังมีโครงการที่ดำเนินการไม่แล้วเสร็จจำนวน 6 โครงการ ส่วนในปี พ.ศ. 2560 จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณจำนวน 29 โครงการ งบประมาณทั้งหมดกว่า 198 ล้านบาท ทั้ง 29 โครงการได้รับการอนุมัติแล้ว และการประชุมในวันนี้เพื่อเป็นการเร่งรัดให้ส่วนราชการได้ดำเนินโครงการอย่างเคร่งครัด

การพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบแผนพัฒนาจังหวัดภูเก็ต 4 ปี (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2564) ทางจังหวัดได้มีการเชิญส่วนราชการประชุมตามขึ้นตอน ซึ่งในวันนี้เป็นการเสนอความเห็นชอบต่อคณะกรรมการ ก.บ.จ.ภูเก็ต ซึ่งที่ประชุมได้มีมติให้ความเห็นชอบต่อแผนพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์ 4 ปี ตามที่ทางจังหวัดได้เสนอ
