เมื่อวันที่ 9 กันยายน  2558  เวลา 11.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานตามมาตรการกระตุ้นการลงทุนขนาดเล็กของรัฐบาล โดยมีนายวัชรินทร์ ไชยานุพงศ์ อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดภูเก็ต ดร.ประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายภูริศ มาศวงศ์ษา อุปนายกสมาคมธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางณัฐพร ผาณิตพิเชฐพงศ์ รักษาการประธานกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีฯ จ. ภูเก็ต พร้อมหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม

มติคณะรัฐมนตรีเมื่อวันที่ 1 ก.ย. 58 นโยบายการดำเนินการตามโครงการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้มีรายได้น้อย ประกอบด้วย มาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับหมู่บ้าน มาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล และมาตรการกระตุ้นการลงทุนขนาดเล็กของรัฐบาลทั่วประเทศ โดยการหารือ ในครั้งนี้เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมการขับเคลื่อนกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองรวมทั้งการเตรียมความพร้อมการขับเคลื่อนมาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล ตลอดจนการเตรียมความพร้อมการขับเคลื่อนมาตรการกระตุ้นการลงทุนขนาดเล็กของรัฐบาลทั่วประเทศ สำหรับการให้สินเชื่อกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง โดยกองทุนระดับ A และระดับ B ให้กองทุนละไม่เกิน 1 ล้านบาท โดยมีเงื่อนไขไม่ให้กองทุน Refinance หนี้เดิม เพื่อเป็นเงินทุนหมุนเวียนในการดำเนินงานกองทุนกำหนดวงเงิน 60,000 ล้านบาท ขณะที่มาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล จัดสรรให้ตำบลละ 5 ล้านบาทจำนวน 7,255 ตำบล คิดเป็นเงิน 36,275 ล้านบาท และมาตรการกระตุ้นการลงทุนขนาดเล็กของรัฐบาลวงเงิน 40,000 ล้านบาท
