ภูเก็ตเร่งรัดการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณทุกส่วนราชการตั้งเป้าไตรมาสแรกเบิกได้ร้อยละ 35

เมื่อวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม  2558  เวลา 13.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในการประชุมติดตามผลความก้าวหน้าตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ครั้งที่ 3/2559 โดยมีนายสาธิต กลิ่นภักดี ท้องถิ่นจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางเสาวภา ลิ่มศิลา คลังจังหวัดภูเก็ต พ.ต.อ. ศักดิ์ชัย ลิ้มเจริญ รองผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต และหัวหน้าหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม

การประชุมที่สำคัญมีการติดตามผลการดำเนินโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2557 – 2559 โดยในปีงบประมาณ 2557 มีการติดตามเบิกเงินเหลื่อมปีจำนวน 4 โครงการ งบประมาณจำนวน 36.7 ล้านบาทเศษ และการติดตามผลการดำเนินโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีของจังหวัดภูเก็ต ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2558 มีการติดตามเบิกเงินเหลื่อมปีจำนวน 2 โครงการ งบประมาณจำนวน 479,000 บาทเศษ รวมถึงการติดตามผลการดำเนินโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีของจังหวัดภูเก็ต ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2559 จำนวน 25 โครงการ งบประมาณ 163 ล้านบาทเศษ

นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี กล่าวว่า จากการติดตามงบประมาณในส่วนของจังหวัดภูเก็ตมีความคืบหน้าไปพอสมควร โดยบางหน่วยงานสามารถเบิกได้ตามเป้าหมายในไตรมาสแรกได้ร้อยละ 35 ขณะที่บางส่วนราชการยังอยู่ในขั้นตอนการประกาศสอบราคา และการก่อหนี้ผูกพัน ซึ่งจังหวัดได้เร่งรัดให้ทุกส่วนราชการให้ดำเนินการตามแผนงาน แผนเงินของการเบิกจ่ายที่กำหนดไว้ แต่อย่างไรก็ตามคาดว่าในไตรมาสแรกจังหวัดภูเก็ตสามารถเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณได้ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
