นางกตมน พัลวัลลิ์ กล่าวว่า การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้เป็นการจัดทำโครงการเพื่อเผยแพร่ภารกิจเกี่ยวกับการบังคับคดีแพ่ง คดีล้มละลายด้วยการยึด อายัด จำหน่ายทรัพย์สินรวบรวมทรัพย์สินของลูกหนี้ในคดี ล้มละลายตลอดจนกำกับการฟื้นฟูกิจการของลูกหนี้เพื่อให้เจ้าหนี้และผู้มีส่วนได้เสียได้รับการชดใช้จากลูกหนี้อย่างเป็นธรรมและการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทเพื่อให้คู่ความได้รับบริการอย่างเป็นธรรม เป็นการป้องกันผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงที่จะได้รับผลกระทบจากการบังคับคดีจึงจำเป็นต้องให้ความรู้ทางกฎหมายเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงที่จะได้รับผลกระทบจากความไม่รู้ขาดความเข้าใจกฎหมายให้มีภูมิคุ้มกันในการป้องกันตนเองจากการถูกเอารัดเอาเปรียบจากผู้แสวงหาผลประโยชน์
