ภูเก็ตเร่งแก้ไขปัญหาการบุกรุกที่ดินจังหวัดภูเก็ต

เมื่อวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม  2558  เวลา 13.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในการประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการแก้ไขปัญหาการบุกรุกที่ดินของรัฐ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ครั้งที่ 3/2558 โดยมี นายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายอติคุณ พ่วงพร้อม รองอัยการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางบุษยา ใจเปี่ยม ประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดภูเก็ต และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

วาระการประชุมที่สำคัญมีการติดตามผลความคืบหน้าในการแก้ไขปัญหาการบุกรุกที่ดินของรัฐจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การพิสูจน์สิทธิ์ในพื้นที่สวนป่าบางขนุนจำนวน 15 ราย 17 แปลง รวมเนื้อที่ทั้งหมด 154 ไร่ ซึ่งจะเตรียมเอกสาร แนวทางการสอบสวนผู้ขอพิสูจน์สิทธิ์ในที่ดินและพยานบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการออกเอกสารสิทธิ์เกี่ยวกับที่ดิน ของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ นางอุมาวสี มีโพธิ์ทอง ขอออก น.ส.3 ก นางเอียบ ทานัง ขอรังวัดโฉนดที่ดิน ส.ค.1 ในเอกสารหมายเลข 4 และ 5

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้เน้นย้ำถึง การออกเอกสารสิทธิ์ต่าง ๆ ว่า จะต้องดำเนินไปตามอำนาจหน้าที่ของกฎหมาย และกฎเกณฑ์ของการบุกรุกที่ดินของรัฐจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยกำหนดระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการเบื้องต้นภายใน 3 เดือน เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับประโยชน์อย่างเร็วที่สุด
