รองประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต ยื่นหนังสือเรื่องขอเปิดประชุมวิสามัญถึงผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต

เมื่อวันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์  2559  เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ห้องรับรอง ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายมาโรจน์ ทองย่น รองประธานคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยคณะ ยื่นหนังสือเรื่องขอเปิดประชุมวิสามัญถึงผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยผ่าน นายโชดดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังวัดภูเก็ต

นายมาโรจน์ ทองย่น กล่าวว่า ในฐานะคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต ในการยื่นเอกสารต่อรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตในวันนี้ เพื่อประชุมวิสามัญ เนื่องจากประธานกรรมการอิสลามจังหวัดภูเก็ต มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสมต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ โดยไม่ชอบธรรมหลายประการ หากมีกรณีเช่นนี้จะทำให้องค์กรเกิดความเสียหาย ในฐานะคณะกรรมการกลางอิสลามประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต จึงเข้าชื่อขอเปิดประชุมดังกล่าว ตามระเบียบคณะกรรมการกลางอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย ว่าด้วยวิธีการดำเนินงานและควบคุมการบริหารงานของคระกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัด และคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำมัสยิด พ.ศ. 2542

โดยสาระสำคัญของหนังสือที่ยื่นในครั้งนี้เป็นการขอเปิดประชุมวิสามัญ ซึ่งมีวาระดังนี้ 1. กำหนดวาระการประชุมตามระเบียบคณะกรรมการกลางอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทยที่อ้าง ข้อ 12 และข้อ 13 เพื่อเลือกประธาน รองประธาน เลขานุการ และตำแหน่งอื่น ๆ  2. กำหนดวาระการประชุมให้พิจารณาและลงมติการยื่นถอนคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำจังหวัดต่อคณะกรรมการกลางอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย  3. แจ้งให้ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตทราบ เพื่อเข้ารวมสังเกตการณ์ประชุมที่ได้กำหนดขึ้น เพื่อจะได้รายงานต่อกระทรวงมหาดไทยและขอใช้ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังกวัดภูเก็ตใช้เป็นสถานที่ประชุม  4. แจ้งให้ผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อขอกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยในวันประชุมที่ได้กำหนดขึ้น

ทั้งนี้รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้เน้นย้ำในเรื่องการจัดการกระบวนการคณะกรรมการอิสลามจังหวัดภูเก็ต ต้องเป็นไปตามกรอบศาสนา หากมีปัญหาเรื่องการบริหารงานต้องดำเนินการตามระเบียบกฎหมายที่กำหนดไว้
