จากกรณีที่ศูนย์ประสานการปฏิบัติงานในการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเลเขต 3 (ศรชล.เขต ) กองทัพเรือภาค 3 ต.วิชิต อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต เรือบรรทุกอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้าง (หรือเรือบาส) ของบริษัทรายาบุรี ทราเวล แอนด์ทัวร์ จำกัด นำอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้าง เพื่อไปส่งยังเกาะราชาใหญ่ ม.3 ต.ราไวย์ แต่เครื่องเรือขัดข้อง จอดทิ้งสมอเนื่องจากเครื่องยนต์ขัดข้อง ระหว่างนั้นมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 3 เมตร ได้ซัดเรือ จนทำให้เรือจมล่ม ลูกเรือ 6 คน เป็นชายไทย2 คน ชาวพม่า 4 คน สูญหาย เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจน้ำ เจ้าหน้าที่ทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 ได้นำเรือ ต.214 ออกค้นหาทางทะเล และเฮลิคอปเตอร์ ได้บินออกค้นหาทางอากาศ แต่ทัศนะวิสัยของอากาศปิด ทำให้ยากแก่การค้นหา เจ้าหน้าที่จึงยกเลิกการค้นหาในเวลา 18.00 น. ตามที่เสนอข่าวไปแล้ว นั้น

ความคืบหน้า เมื่อเวลา 08.00 น.วันที่ 7 กรกฎาคมนี้ นาวาเอกพงศ์จักร อุไรมาลย์ ผู้บัญชาการหมดบินเฉพาะกิจ ทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 ได้นำเฮลิคอปเตอร์ บินค้นหาผู้สูญหาย ทางอากาศ นอกจากนั้นตำรวจน้ำภูเก็ตได้ นำเรือ ต. 214 ออกค้นหาทางทะเล และมีจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์นเรนทรโรงพยาบาลวชิระภูเก็ต-เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิกุศลธรรมภูเก็ต รอให้การช่วยเหลือยู่บนบก สภาพอากาศของจังหวัดภูเก็ตวันนี้ไม่มีฝนตก สภาพอากาศเปิด ท้องฟ้าแจ่มใส มีลมกรรโชกแรง คลื่นในทะเลสูงประมาณ 3-4 เมตร ทำทีมค้นหาทางทะเลค้นหาด้วยความยากลำบาก

ระหว่างที่เจ้าหน้าที่กำลังคันหาเรือขนส่งสินค้าและลูกเรือที่สูญหายอยู่นั้น เวลา 08.15 น.วันเดียวกัน พ.ต.ท.ปัญญา ชัยชนะ สารวัตรตำรวจน้ำภูเก็ต รับแจ้ง ว่า มีเรือวางเบ็ดราว ชื่อ“อัถญานำโชค” ถูกคลื่นซัดถล่มอัปปาง เหตุเกิดห่างเกาะราชาน้อย ม.3 ต.ราไวย์ อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต ออกไปทางทิศตะวันออก16 ไมล์ทะเล ที่ ละติจูด.7 องศา 28 ลิปดาเหนือ ลองติจูด.98 องศา 36 ลิปดาตะวันออก มีเรือและกัปตันเรือรวม 6 คน เป็นชาย 5 คน หญิง 1คน หลังรับแจ้งจึงนำเรือ ต. 814 มุ่งหน้าออกไปช่วยเหลือเรือเบ็ดราวดังกล่าว พร้อมประสาน ทัพเรือภาคที่.3 เพื่อช่วยเหลืออีกทางหนึ่งด้วย แต่การช่วยเหลือเป็นไปด้วยความลำบากเนื่องจากทะเลอันดามันในขณะนี้มีคลื่นลมแรง คลื่นสูงประมาณ 4 เมตรซึ่งไม่ทราบชะตากรรมของกัปตันเรือและลูกเรือทั้งหมด โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ประสานไปยังเรือน้ำมัน “ชื่อพลอยไพลิน” ที่อยู่ใกล้ที่เกิดเหตุมากที่สุด เพื่อเข้าให้การช่วยเหลือ แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าให้การช่วยเหลือได้

จากนั้น พลเรือโทสายันต์ ประสงค์สำเร็จ ผู้บัญชาการทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 ได้รับประสานจากตำรวจน้ำภูเก็ต ก็ได้สั่งการให้เรือหลวงชลบุรี เดินทางมาจากจังหวัดพังงา เพื่อให้การช่วยเหลือ เนื่องจากอยู่ห่างจากที่เกิดเหตุ ประมาณ 10 ไมล์ทะเล ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง ก็เดินทางถึงที่เกิดเหตุและสามารถช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย ได้ทั้ง 6 คน และนำขึ้นที่ท่าเทียบเรือสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลและป่าชายเลน ต.วิชิต อ.เมืองภูเก็ต

จากนั้นล่าสุด เวลา 10.00 น.วันเดียวกัน เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดเดียวกัน รับแจ้ง เกิดเหตุเรือขนส่งสินค้า ชื่อ “ซินาราน อันดามัน” (SINARAN ANDAMAN) ซึ่งเป็นเรือสัญชาติกัมพูชา ประสบเหตุชนโขดหิน ทำให้เรือรั่ว ที่บริเวณเกาะเฮ ม.3 ต.ราไวย์ อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต และมีลูกเรือ 10 คน ติดลอยคออยู่ในทะเล จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่เร่งนำเรือ ต.214 และเฮลิคอปเตอร์เข้าไปตรวจสอบ พบตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ลอยเกลื่อนอยู่ที่ริมเกาะ เห็นลูกเรือประมง 10 คน กำลังลอยคอขอความช่วยเหลือ เจ้าหน้าที่จึงโยนแพยางให้ทั้งหมดเกาะ จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ทางอากาศก็ได้หย่นเชือกเพื่อให้ผู้ประสบภัยเกาะก่อนดึงขึ้นกลับมาบนเฮลิคอปเตอร์ เจ้าหน้าที่จึงนำผู้ประสบภัยที่ช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้น 4 คน บินมาที่ทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 ก่อนให้เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์นเรนทร วัดชีพจร-วัดความดัน ก่อนนำส่งรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลวชิระภูเก็ตอย่างเร่งด่วน

จากการสอบสวนทราบว่า เรือชื่อ “ซินาราน อันดามัน” (SINARAN ANDAMAN) เป็นเรือสัญชาติกัมพูชา ได้ขนส่งสินค้ามาจากประเทศพม่า เพื่อจะเดินทางไปยังประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยมีกัปตันเรือ-ลูกเรือ รวม 10 คน ขณะเกิดเหตุได้เดินเรือมาถึงหน้าเกาะเฮ ม.3 ต.ราไวย์ ในขณะนั้นมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ3-4 เมตร ทำให้คลื่นซัดเรือลำดังกล่าวเข้าไปใกล้ฝั่ง แล้วเรือกระแทกกับโขดหิน ทำให้เรือแตก ตู้คอนเทรนเนอร์สินค้าบางส่วนจมลงทะเล บางส่วนลอยอยู่กลางทะเล ส่วนสภาพเรือตอนนี้โผล่อยู่แค่หัวเรือเท่านั้น ส่วนลูกเรือทั้ง 10 คน ตำรวจน้ำภูเก็ต และทหารเรือจากทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 ได้นำเรือ ต.814และเฮลิคอปเตอร์ เข้าตรวจสอบและให้การช่วยเหลือลูกเรือทั้ง 10 คนแล้ว

ด้าน พลเรือโทสายันต์ ประสงค์สำเร็จ ผู้บัญชาการทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 กล่าว ถึงความคืบหน้า การ ประมงเบ็ดราว 6 คน ซึ่งถูกคลื่นซัดจมทะเลห่างจากเกาะราชาน้อย ต.ราไวย์ อ.เมืองภูเก็ต ว่า สำหรับการช่วยเหลือลูกเรือประมงเบ็ดราว นั้น หลังจากได้รับการประสานจากตำรวจน้ำได้สั่งการเรือหลวงชลบุรีซึ่งออกเดินทางจากจังหวัดพังงาเข้าทำการช่วยเหลือลูกเรือทั้ง 6 คน ซึ่งลอยคออยู่ในทะเล โดยขณะนี้สามารถช่วยเหลือทั้ง 6 คน ขึ้นมาบนเรือหลวงชลบุรีได้เรียบร้อยแล้ว นอกจากนั้นยังให้การช่วยเหลือเรือขนส่งสินค้าประเทศกัมพูชา ที่เรือกระทบโขดหินจนเรือแตกที่หน้าเกาะราชาน้อย ต.ราไวย์ ก็สามารถช่วยเหลือลูกเรือปลอดภัยทั้งหมด 10 คน และกำลังอยู่ระหว่างการนำลูกเรือทั้งหมดเดินทางกลับเข้ามายังท่าเทียบเรือสถาบันวิจัยฯ ต.วิชิต อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต คาดว่าจะถึงท่าเทียบเรือประมาณ 13.10 น. โดยลูกเรือทั้งหมด ปลอดภัย

ส่วนการติดตามค้นหา ลูกเรือบาส ที่ยังสูญหายอีก 6 ราย นั้นขณะนี้ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ยังระดมกำลังค้นหาอย่างเต็มที่ โดยกำหนดจุดค้นหา เน้นไปทางฝั่งเกาะพีพีมากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นการตรวจสอบไปตามกระแสน้ำ ซึ่งการค้นหายังเป็นไปอย่างเข้มข้นและจะไม่หยุดค้นหาหากยังไม่พบผู้สูญหาย ส่วน น.อ.พงศ์จักร อุไรมาลย์ ผู้บังคับการหมวดบินเฉพาะกิจทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 กล่าวถึงการเข้าช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยทางทะเล ว่า ได้นำเฮลิคอปเตอร์ พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ และชุดปฎิบัติการพิเศษเข้าทำการช่วยเหลือลูกเรือของเรือขนส่งสินค้า ชื่อSINARAN ANDAMAN ซึ่งเครื่องยนต์ขัดข้อง และถูกคลื่นซัดเข้าหาฝั่งบริเวณเกาะเฮ ทำให้ต้องมีการสละเรือ และมีลูกเรือแจ้งขอความช่วยเหลือเข้ามา โดยเมื่อไปถึงจุดเกิดเหตุ พบตัวเรือเริ่มจมลงทะเล โผล่เฉพาะหัวเรือ ในขณะที่ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่บรรทุกมานั้นก็ตกกระจายอยู่รอบๆ ตัวเรือ จึงได้ส่งอุปกรณ์เชือกหย่อนลงไปพร้อมกับเจ้าหน้าที่และทำการช่วยเหลือขึ้นมาเฮลิคอปเตอร์

เบื้องต้นมา 2 คน เป็นลูกเรือชาวอินโดนีเซียกับเมียนมาร์ ขณะเดียวกันก็ทิ้งแพยางลงไปเพื่อให้ลูกเรือที่เหลืออยู่ได้อาศัยอยู่ก่อนที่ทางเรือจะเข้าไปรับตัวกลับเข้าฝั่ง และจากการสอบถามเบื้องต้นส่วนใหญ่ได้รับบาดเจ็บเล็กน้อย เนื่องจากถูกกระแทกในช่วงที่คลื่นซัด โดยเรือลำนี้เดินทางมาจากประเทศเมียนมาร์เพื่อเดินทางไปยังประเทศมาเลเซีย แต่มาประสบเหตุก่อน
