เมื่อเวลา 13.30 น. วันที่ 24 เม.ย. 58 นายธรรมวรรธ วงศ์เจริญยศ นายกสมาคมกีฬาภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมเตรียมการจัดคอนเสิร์ตการกุศลบ่าววีปะทะเดชอิสระในวันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2558 ณ โรงยิม 4,000 ที่นั่งสะพานหินภูเก็ต โดยมีนายชลำ อรรถธรรม ผอ.เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต คณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคมกีฬาภูเก็ต เข้าร่วม
สำหรับวาระการประชุมที่สำคัญ มีการแจ้งที่ประชุมเรื่องการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการสมาคมกีฬาภูเก็ตและผลการดำเนินการด้านกีฬาของสมาคมในรอบปีที่ผ่านมา รวมทั้งการติดตามความก้าวหน้าการก่อสร้างอาคารที่ทำการสมาคมกีฬาภูเก็ต ขณะที่เรื่องพิจารณามีการหารือความพร้อมการจัดคอนเสิร์ตการกุศลบ่าววีปะทะเดชอิสระในวันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2558 ณ โรงยิมเนเซี่ยม 4,000 ที่นั่ง สะพานหินภูเก็ตและการแข่งขันฟุตบอลระหว่างทีมสะตอสตาร์กับทีมรวมภูเก็ต วันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2558 เวลา 16.30 น. ณ สนามสุระกุลภูเก็ต นายธรรมวรรษ กล่าวว่า การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เพื่อหารายได้สมทบทุนสร้างที่ทำการสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัดภูเก็ตหลังใหม่และเพื่อใช้กิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์ของชมรมชาวตรังจังหวัดภูเก็ตโดยคอนเสิร์ตการกุศลจำหน่ายบัตรราคา 1,000 บาท 500 บาท และ 200 บาท ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถซื้อบัตรได้ที่สมาคมกีฬาจังหวัดภูเก็ต อาคารการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทยสำนักงานภูเก็ต สะพานหิน
