เทศบาลตำบลเชิงทะเล จัดโครงการ “คุณแม่คุณภาพ ลูกฉลาดสมวัย ประจำปี 2558”

เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2558 เทศบาลตำบลเชิงทะเล จัดโครงการคุณแม่คุณภาพ ลูกฉลาดสมวัย ประจำปี 2558 โดยมีนายสุนิรันดร์  รชตะพฤกษ์  นายกเทศมนตรีตำบลเชิงทะเล เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ  ตลอดจนหญิงตั้งครรภ์ หญิงหลังคลอดที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลฯ  และอสม.ด้านแม่และเด็กเข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุม สำนักงานเทศบาลตำบลเชิงทะเล ชั้น 3

นายสุนิรันดร์ รชตะพฤกษ์ นายกเทศมนตรีตำบลเชิงทะเล กล่าวว่า เทศบาลตำบลเชิงทะเลได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของหญิงขณะตั้งครรภ์และการดูแลสุขภาพแม่และลูกหลังคลอด เพื่อให้เด็กที่อยู่ในครรภ์ และที่จะเกิดมาในอนาคตได้รับการดูแลที่ถูกวิธีเพื่อให้มีสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิตที่ดีและ     เป็นกำลังสำคัญของประเทศชาติในอนาคต ตลอดจนยังเป็นการสร้างสายใยรักความผูกพันในครอบครัว        ความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางด้านเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม และเทคโนโลยีส่งผลให้สภาพสังคมไทยเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ผู้หญิงเมื่อแต่งงานมีครอบครัว มีการตั้งครรภ์จะพึงประสงค์หรือไม่พึงประสงค์ก็ตาม แต่สภาพสังคมปัจจุบันผู้หญิงได้เข้ามามีบทบาทในการทำงานมากขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะทำงานบ้านและทำงานนอกบ้านควบคู่กับการดูแลครอบครัวไปด้วย ทำให้ขาดการดูแลเอาใจใส่ตัวเอง บางครั้งลักษณะของงานที่ทำบางอย่างและการปฏิบัติตัวขณะตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่ถูกต้อง จึงส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์และทารกในครรภ์อีกด้วย  การพัฒนาคุณภาพเด็กจะต้องเริ่มตั้งแต่การดูแลหญิงมีครรภ์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพถือว่ามีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อสุขภาพอนามัยของแม่และเด็ก เพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่บทบาทของการเป็น “คุณแม่คุณภาพ” และลูกก็จะมีพัฒนาการเจริญสมวัย ทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และเข้าร่วมสังคมกับเด็กวัยเดียวกันได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ

ดังนั้นกองสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม เทศบาลตำบลเชิงทะเล จึงได้จัดโครงการ คุณแม่คุณภาพ     ลูกฉลาดสมวัย ประจำปี 2558 ขึ้น เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2558  ณ ห้องประชุมเทศบาลตำบลเชิงทะเล ชั้น 3 เพื่อให้ความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ หญิงหลังคลอดและเด็กแรกเกิด อีกทั้งยังเป็นการส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ส่งเสริมสุขภาพกายและจิต ตามวัยเด็กแรกเกิดจนถึงอายุ 1 ปี ตลอดจนเป็นการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลและส่งเสริมสุขภาพแก่แม่และเด็ก โดยมีสาธิตวิธีการทับหม้อเกลือสำหรับหญิงหลังคลอด และสาธิตการนวดทารก เพื่อกระตุ้นพัฒนาการของเด็ก ให้กับหญิงตั้งครรภ์    หญิงหลังคลอด ได้เรียนรู้ฝึกปฏิบัติ ตลอดจน อสม.สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปแนะนำต่อไป
