จังหวัดภูเก็ต ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลง ความร่วมมือการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม เกาะราชาใหญ่ เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวที่สมดุล และยั่งยืน

เมื่อวันที่  4 กรกฎาคม  2558 เวลา 10.30 น. นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธาน และร่วมลงนามในพิธี “ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมเกาะราชาใหญ่ เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวที่สมดุลและยั่งยืน” ณ ห้องประชุม โรงแรมเดอะราชา ตำบลรัษฎา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือ ด้วยการบูรณาการทุกภาคส่วน ช่วยกันรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม บนเกาะราชาใหญ่ให้มีความสวยงามและยั่งยืน รวมทั้งเป็นการสร้างความรักความสามัคคีของพี่น้องประชาชน บนเกาะราชาใหญ่ ตามนโยบายสำคัญ ของคณะ รักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) และรัฐบาล โดยมีนายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่ ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการ และเจ้าของร้านอาหาร บนเกาะราชาใหญ่ จำนวน 22 คน ร่วมลงนามในครั้งนี้

สำหรับการลงนามความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ให้ทุกภาคส่วนได้ร่วมมือกันแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของเกาะราชาใหญ่แบบบูรณาการ เพื่อฟื้นฟู ดูแล และรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ทั้งบนฝั่งและบริเวณชายฝั่งของเกาะราชาใหญ่ให้มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ สวยงามและยั่งยืน และเพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการขยะมูลฝอยและน้ำเสียของเกาะราชาเห็นผลเป็นรูปธรรมมีการจัดการที่ถูกหลักวิชาการและมีเจ้าภาพรับผิดชอบงานที่ชัดเจน

นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ กล่าวภายหลังลงนาม ร่วม “ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมเกาะราชาใหญ่ เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวที่สมดุลและยั่งยืน” เรียบร้อยแล้ว ว่า จากข้อสั่งการของนายกรัฐมนตรีในคราวประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรีเมื่อวันที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2557 ที่ผ่านมา ที่สั่งการให้กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมเร่งแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องการปล่อยน้ำของสถานประกอบการลงสู่ลำคลองของชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อสภาพแวดล้อมของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญของประเทศและส่งผลกระทบต่อประชาชนในพื้นที่ จึงได้เร่งลงพื้นที่เกาะราชาใหญ่ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขที่ถูกต้อง พร้อมทั้งได้ตั้งคณะทำงานแก้ไขปัญหาเกาะราชาขึ้น โดยร่วมกับเทศบาลตำบลราไวย์ สถานประกอบการและชุมชนบนเกาะราชาใหญ่ ร่วมกันดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำเสียในลำคลองสาธารณะ มากว่า 5 เดือนแล้ว จนประสบความสำเร็จ ซึ่งจะเป็นแบบอย่างในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านอื่นๆ ของเกาะราชาใหญ่ได้เป็นอย่างดี จนนำมาสู่การลงนามในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งเป็นความเห็นชอบร่วมกันของสถานประกอบการและชุมชนบนเกาะราชาใหญ่ที่จะนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาสู่ความยั่งยืน

    Hello this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!|
