สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดภูเก็ต จัดประชุมอบรมนายจ้างและลูกจ้างกิจการประมงทะเล ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2560

เมื่อวันที่ 26 ธันวาคม  2559  ที่ โรงแรมภูเก็ตเมอร์ลิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต นางศิวพร ฉั่วสวัสดิ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด “โครงการจัดประชุมอบรมนายจ้างและลูกจ้าง กิจการประมงทะเลประจำ ปีงบประมาณ 2560” โดยมีนายจ้าง ลูกจ้าง สถานประกอบการ สมาคมด้านกิจการประมงทะเลเข้าร่วมจำนวน 300 คน

นางสาวอุบล ช่วยพัฒน์ นักวิชาการแรงงานชำนาญการ กล่าวว่า สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดภูเก็ตจัดโครงการประชุมอบรมนายจ้างและลูกจ้างกิจการประมงทะเลประจำปีงบประมาณ 2560 เพื่อให้แรงงานต่างด้าวและนายจ้างมีความรู้ระเบียบปฏิบัติและข้อกฎหมายต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

นางศิวพร ฉั่วสวัสดิ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า ประเทศไทยและจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นที่ยอมรับด้านการเป็นครัวโลก และมีอาหารทะเลที่สดและมีคุณภาพ แต่ในปัจจุบัน จังหวัดภูเก็ตขาดแคลนแรงงานในกิจการประมงทะเล เนื่องจากคนไทยส่วนใหญ่ไม่นิยมทำ รัฐบาลจึงมีนโยบายผ่อนปรนให้นายจ้างและแรงงานต่างด้าวเข้ามาทำงานแทนคนไทย ช่วยแก้ปัญหาการขาดแคลนแรงงาน สำหรับจังหวัดภูเก็ต มีนายจ้างสถานประกอบการ จ้างแรงงานต่างด้าวสัญชาติเมียนมา ลาว และกัมพูชาจำนวน 211 รายและมีแรงงานต่างด้าวได้รับอนุญาตทำงานทั้งสิ้น 1,788 คน

สำหรับการจัดประชุมอบรมนายจ้างและลูกจ้างกิจการประมงทะเลวันนี้ มีการชี้แจงเรื่องหน้าที่ของนายจ้างตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงานพ. ศ. 2551 และสิทธิของลูกจ้างตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงานโดยสำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต การชี้แจงเรื่องการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวตามพระราชกำหนดการประมง พ.ศ. 2558 การชี้แจงเรื่องการตรวจลงตราและการประทับวีซ่าให้แรงงานต่างด้าวที่ผ่านการตรวจสัญชาติ และการชี้แจงภารกิจของสำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดภูเก็ตกับศูนย์ควบคุมการแจ้งเข้าออกเรือประมง
