อบจ.ภูเก็ต ประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมจัดแข่งขันกรีฑานักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชน จ.ภูเก็ต ประจำปี 2558

เมื่อวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2558 เวลา 13.30 น. นายสาโรจน์ อังคณาพิลาส สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดการแข่งขันกรีฑานักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ประจำปี 2558 โดยมี เจ้าหน้าที่ อบจ.ภูเก็ต คณะครู โค้ชผู้ฝึกสอนจากโรงเรียนต่างๆ ตลอดจนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุมสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต

ทั้งนี้ ตามที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต กำหนดจัดการแข่งขันกรีฑานักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ประจำปี 2558 ในระหว่างวันที่ 16-18 ธันวาคม 2558 ณ สนามกีฬาสุระกุล โดยจะมีพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันฯ ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2558 เวลา 15.40 น. และพิธีปิดการแข่งขันฯ ในวันศุกร์ที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2558 เวลา 16.45 น. ณ สนามกีฬาสุระกุล ดังนั้น จึงได้จัดประชุมในครั้งนี้เพื่อซักซ้อมความเข้าใจในพิธีเปิด-ปิด ตลอดจนเตรียมความพร้อมของคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขันฯ ฝ่ายต่างๆ ประกอบด้วย คณะกรรมการฝ่ายควบคุมสนามและบริเวณสนามแข่งขัน คณะกรรมการฝ่ายแพทย์และพยาบาล คณะกรรมการฝ่ายรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยและการจราจร คณะกรรมการฝ่ายพิธีเปิด-ปิดการแข่งขัน คณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดและประกวดขบวนพาเหรด และประกวดกองเชียร์  คณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดและมอบถ้วยรางวัลและเหรียญรางวัล คณะกรรมการฝ่ายบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม คณะกรรมการฝ่ายประเมินผลโครงการ คณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์การแข่งขัน คณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดเตรียมสนามแข่งขัน คณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดที่พักนักกีฬาและอัฒจันทร์กองเชียร์.
