ชุดเฉพาะกิจเพื่อตรวจสอบปราบปรามการลักลอยทำงานของคนต่างด้าวจังหวัดภูเก็ตจับกุมผู้ต้องหาชาวจีน 7 คนที่ลักลอบทำงานผิดกฎหมาย

นายสุทธิพงศ์ สายสาคเรศ แรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต เปิดเผยว่า ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตได้สั่งการให้ชุดเฉพาะกิจตรวจสอบปราบปรามการลักลอบการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้ไปตรวจสอบจับกุมคนต่างด้าวที่ลักลอบทำงานโดยผิดกฎหมายที่บริเวณวัดไชยธาราราม (วัดฉลอง) ต. ฉลอง อ. เมือง จ. ภูเก็ต โดยทางชุดเฉพาะกิจได้มีการจับกุมผู้ต้องหาชาวจีนจำนวน 8คน

เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดเฉพาะกิจ ลงพื้นที่เพื่อตรวจสอบปราบปรามการลักลอบทำงานของคนต่างด้าวจังหวัดภูเก็ต (ชุดจับกุม) ได้รับคำสั่งจากผู้บังคับบัญชาให้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวที่ลักลอบทำงานผิดกฎหมาย ชุดจับกุมจึงได้ลงพื้นที่เพื่อตรวจสอบและดำเนินการจับกุม เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดจับกุมได้ตรวจสอบมาจนถึงบริเวณวัดไชยธาราราม (วัดฉลอง) เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดจับกุมได้กระจายกำลังเพื่อเฝ้าดูพฤติการณ์ ต่อมาเมื่อเวลาประมาณ 11.30 น. เจ้าหน้าที่ได้สังเกตพบเห็นบุคคลต่างด้าวสัญชาติจีนจำนวน 8 คน ประกอบด้วย นายซูเจายู อายุ 23 ปี นายหวังยิน อายุ 26 ปี นายเปาปิง อายุ 24 ปี นายกันเตาหลุน อายุ 29 ปี นายเฉินตี้ฮุ่ย อายุ 28 ปี นายหวังเจียไห่ อายุ 19 ปี นายเจี่ยนเจิ้นหยวน อายุ 24 ปี นายเฟินเหวินขา อายุ 24 ปี  กำลังจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ในการถ่ายภาพคู่บ่าวสาวและกำลังถ่ายภาพให้กับคู่บาวสาวอยู่ภายในบริเวณรอบพระธาตุภายในวัดไชยธาราราม (วัดฉลอง) อันเป็นลักษณ์การทำงานถ่ายภาพคู่บ่าวสาวของบุคคลต่างด้าว ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดจับกุมสามารถมองเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนอันเป็นเหตุซึ่งหน้า เจ้าหน้าทีชุดจับกุมจึงได้เข้าแสดงตัวขอตรวจสอบเอกสารใบอนุญาตการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว ปรากฏว่าผู้ถูกจับทั้ง 8 คนไม่สามารถนำมาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดจับกุมได้ เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้แจ้งแก่คนต่างด้าวทั้ง 8 คนผ่านล่ามภาษาไทย-จีน ว่าการกระทำดังกล่าวเป็นการกระทำที่เป็นความผิดทางกฎหมาย จะต้องถูกจับกุมพร้อมทั้งแจ้งข้อกล่าวหา รายละเอียดเหตุแห่งการจับและสิทธิของผู้ถูกจับทั้ง 8 คนทราบ พร้อมควบคุมตัวผู้ถูกจับมาจัดทำบันทึกการจับกุมนำตัวส่งพนักงานสอลบสวน สภ.ฉลองเพื่อดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป
