ภูเก็ตเร่งมาตรการช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรและคนยากจน เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืน

เมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม  2558  เวลา 13.00 น. นายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมโครงการตามมาตรการเร่งด่วนช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรโดยมีนายจรัล ส่างสาร เลขาธิการหอการค้าจังหวัดภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ คณะอาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต เข้าร่วม

กระทรวงมหาดไทย แจ้งให้จังหวัดจัดทำแผนงาน โครงการเพื่อขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณในการดำเนินมาตรการสำคัญเร่งด่วนเพื่อช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรและคนยากจนในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรและคนยากจนซึ่งได้รับผลกระทบจากการเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายจำนวน 6 ล้านครัวเรือนตามนโยบายรัฐบาลและกระทรวงมหาดไทยเห็นชอบโครงการฯ ที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต เสนอขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจำนวน 2 โครงการงบประมาณรวม 1,400,000 บาท ประกอบด้วยโครงการสนับสนุนอาชีพประมงพื้นบ้านเพิ่มมูลค่าแมงกะพรุน งบประมาณ 1,000,000 บาท สำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นหน่วยงานดำเนินการ และโครงการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการแปรรูปการเพ้นท์ผ้าปาเต๊ะ ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงงบประมาณ 400,000 บาท มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ตเป็นหน่วยดำเนินการ ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานตามแผนงาน/โครงการเกิดประโยชน์ต่อเกษตรกรและคนยากจนตามกลุ่มเป้าหมายในพื้นที่อย่างแท้จริงและเป็นการเตรียมการในการรองรับเมื่อคณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติอนุมัติแล้ว อีกทั้งเพื่อช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรและคนยากจนในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนระดับจังหวัด
