จังหวัดภูเก็ตเตรียมความพร้อมดำเนินงาน Big Day ประชาสัมพันธ์ออกเสียงประชามติ

เมื่อวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม  2559  ที่ห้องประชุมเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต นายถาวร จิระพัฒนโสภณ รองนายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน Big Day ประชาสัมพันธ์ออกเสียงประชามติ โดยมีส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

นายถาวร จิระพัฒนโสภณ กล่าวว่า ตามที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้กำหนดจัดกิจกรรม Big Day ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2559 ณ เวทีกลางสะพานหิน จ. ภูเก็ต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์สร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญและรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนไปใช้สิทธิในวันออกเสียงประชามติร่างรัฐธรรมนูญร้อยละ 80 ของจำนวนผู้มีสิทธิออกเสียงทั้งหมดทั่วประเทศและจังหวัดได้แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานกิจกรรม Big Day เพื่อเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ สร้างความเข้าใจและรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนไปใช้สิทธิในการออกเสียงประชาติร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ โดยเทศบาลนครภูเก็ตได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นคณะกรรมการดำเนินการและคณะกรรมการฝ่ายสถานที่ในการจัดกิจกรรมกล่าว จึงได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการที่เกี่ยวข้องในวันนี้เพื่อเป็นการซักซ้อมความเข้าใจ โดยเฉพาะการดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยและจราจร เนื่องจากจะมีการรวมตัวกันที่เวทีกลางสะพานหิน หลังจากนั้นขบวนรณรงค์จะแบ่งเป็นเส้นทางเพื่อรณรงค์เชิญชวนประชาชนให้ไปออกเสียงประชามติในวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2559 ให้มากที่สุด
