จังหวัดภูเก็ต ปล่อยแถวตำรวจจราจร อาสาสมัครอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจร ตามมาตรการ ป้องชีพ ป้องภัย

เมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2558  เวลา 09.00 น.ที่ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 18 ภูเก็ต นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานปล่อยแถวตำรวจจราจร อาสาสมัคร เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจรแก่ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมีนายศิริศักดิ์ สกุลโสรัจจะ ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดภูเก็ต เจ้าหน้าที่จากแขวงทางหลวงภูเก็ต ศูนย์ ปภ.เขต 18 ภูเก็ต ปภ.จังหวัด ตำรวจภูธรจังหวัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น มูลนิธิอาสาสมัคร เข้าร่วมดำเนินการจำนวน 66 คน

นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวถึงการปล่อยแถวตำรวจจราจร อาสาสมัคร เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจรแก่ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ว่า ได้มอบนโยบายและสั่งการให้สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัด ในฐานะหน่วยงานกลางบูรณาการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณภัยในพื้นที่ดำเนินการบูรณาการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาจราจรในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตให้เห็นเป็นรูปธรรม ทั้งก่อน ระหว่างและหลังเกิดภัย โดยเน้นมาตรการเชิงป้องกัน “ป้องชีพ ป้องภัย” เริ่มดำเนินการตามมาตรการแรก คือ การแก้ไขปัญหาจราจรเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจรให้แก่ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนบริเวณที่กำลังก่อสร้าง จำนวน 3 จุด คือ แยกโลตัส แยกบางคู และแยกไทวัสดุ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนที่ไม่ได้รับความสะดวกในการใช้เส้นทางสัญจร โดยให้แขวงทางหลวงจังหวัดภูเก็ตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพิ่มไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างให้มากขึ้น เพื่อเพิ่มทัศนวิสัยในการสัญจร การใช้รถใช้ถนน พร้อมทั้งให้มีการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เพื่อความปลอดภัยด้านการจราจร ทั้งแสงสว่าง กรวยและแบริเออร์ ด้วย
