คณะกรรมาธิการการกฎหมาย กระบวนการยุติธรรม และกิจการตำรวจ สภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติศึกษาดูงานที่ศูนย์ควบคุมเรือยอร์ชจังหวัดภูเก็ต

เมื่อวันที่ 21 กันยายน  2559  ที่ห้องประชุมศูนย์ควบคุมเรือยอร์ชจังหวัดภูเก็ต ท่าเทียบเรืออ่าวฉลอง อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต พล.ต.ท.บุญเรือง ผลพาณิชย์ รองประธานคณะกรรมาธิการการกฎหมาย กระบวนการยุติธรรม และกิจการตำรวจ สภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ พร้อมด้วย พล.อ.องอาจ พงษ์ศักดิ์ โฆษก คณะกรรมาธิการฯ และคณะ ประชุมติดตามการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ควบคุมเรือยอร์ชจังหวัดภูเก็ต (Phuket Yacht Control Center:PYCC) ซึ่งเป็นจุดตรวจการเข้า-ออก เรือสำราญและกีฬาประเภทเรือยอร์ชในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตเพียงแห่งเดียว ด้วยการบูรณาการการทำงานร่วมตามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือแบบ One stop Service ประกอบด้วยหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ สำนักงานเจ้าท่าภูมิภาค สาขาภูเก็ต ด่านตรวจพืชภูเก็ต องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดภูเก็ต ด่านศุลกากรภูเก็ต และด่านควบคุมโรคติดต่อระหว่างประเทศท่าเรือภูเก็ตโดยมีนายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต พ.ต.อ.เสริมพันธ์ ศิริคง รอง ผบก.ภ.จว.ภูเก็ต ตลอดจนนายประชา อัศวธีระ ผู้จัดการสำนักงานส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์แห่งชาติ (ซิป้า) สาขา ภูเก็ต หน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ ด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมืองภูเก็ต เจ้าท่าภูมิภาค สาขาภูเก็ต ศุลกากรภูเก็ต องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นต้น

พล.ต.ท.บุญเรือง ผลพาณิชย์ รองประธานคณะกรรมาธิการฯ กล่าวในที่ประชุมภายหลังการรับฟังบรรยายสรุปของ ว่า ด้วยจังหวัดภูเก็ตได้รับการเลือกเป็นจังหวัดนำร่องในการจัดทำโครงการสมาร์ทซิตี้ ดังนั้นทางคณะกรรมาธิการฯ โดย พล.ร.อ.ศิษฐวัชร วงษ์สุวรรณ ประธานฯ จึงได้มอบหมายให้คณะกรรมาธิการฯ มาติดตามการดำเนินงานด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมของจังหวัดภูเก็ต ตลอดจนปัญหาอุปสรรคต่างๆ เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ประกอบกับทราบว่าที่ผ่านมาศูนย์ควบคุมเรือยอร์ชจังหวัดภูเก็ตได้มีการบูรณาการความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานต่างๆ และมีการนำเอาระบบเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาใช้ในการแจ้งเข้าออกและการควบคุมเรือต่างๆ ด้วย ซึ่งจะได้เป็นต้นแบบของการทำงานในลักษณะของการบูรณาการต่อไป

ทั้งนี้เมื่อวานนี้(20กันยายน2559)ทางคณะกรรมาธิการได้เดินทางไปรับฟังบรรยายการสรุปเพื่อรับทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรม มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยนักท่องเที่ยว พร้อมปัญหาและอุปวรรคของตำรวจภูธรภาค8 และในช่วงบ่ายได้เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ.สำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดภูเก็ตเพื่อรับทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการออกเอกสารสิทธ์ในพื้นที่หาดฟรีดอมจังหวัดภูเก็ตอีกด้วย
