โครงการทบทวนแผนที่ทางเดินยุทธศาสตร์กองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต

เมื่อวันที่ 18 กันยายน  2559  เวลา 09.00 น. ณ โรงแรมบูกิตตาโฮเต็ลแอนส์สปา จังหวัดภูเก็ตนางสาวสมใจ สุวรรณศุภพนา นายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการทบทวนแผนที่ทางเดินยุทธศาสตร์กองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ปี 2560-2562 โดยมีนายแพทย์โกศล แตงอุทัย รองนายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต นายธวัชชัย ทองมั่ง ปลัดเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต สมาชิกสภาเทศบาล หัวหน้าส่วนราชการและพนักงาน ตลอดจนภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพภาครัฐและภาคประชาชน จำนวน 80 คน เข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้

นางสาวสมใจ สุวรรณศุภพนา กล่าวว่า เทศบาลนครภูเก็ตได้จัดตั้งกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ขึ้น เพื่อให้การสนับสนุนประชาชนผู้ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของสุขภาพ ให้สามารถดูและสุขตนเอง แครอบครัว ชุมชนได้ โดยนำนวัตกรรมด้านสุขภาพ คือ แผนที่ทางยุทธศาสตร์ มรใช้บริการจัดการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพ ซึ่งมากจากกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพภาคประชาชนและภาครัฐ โดยแผนที่ทางยุทธศาสตร์เป็นเครื่องมือในการบริหารจัดการมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.๒๕๕๒ ถึงปัจจุบัน จึงมีควรมีการทบทวนและปรับปรุงแผนทีทางยุทธศาสตร์ขึ้นใหม่ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์และสภาพปัญหาในปัจจุบัน

โดยการจัดโครงการทบทวนแผนที่ทางยุทธศาสตร์กองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญในเรื่อง การจัดทำแผนที่ทางยุทธศาสตร์ คือ อาจารย์สุทธิพงษ์ วสุโสภาพล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักสนับสนุนปฏิบัติ การฟื้นที่และผู้ช่วยเลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการสุขภาพแห่งชาติ
