ภูเก็ตกำหนดเขตพื้นที่การขออนุญาตตั้งสถานบริการ (Zoning) ให้เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับสภาวการณ์ปัจจุบัน

เมื่อวันที่ 2 พฤศจิกายน 2558  เวลา 14.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมศูนย์ปฏิบัติการ ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานประชุมการดำเนินการตามมติที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี ในการพิจารณาทบทวนและปรับปรุงกำหนดเขตพื้นที่เพื่อการอนุญาตให้ตั้งสถานบริการ(Zoning) ให้เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับสภาวการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยมี นายภาคภูมิ อินทรสุวรรณ ปลัดจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสายัณห์ ชนะชัยวงศ์ นายอำเภอกะทู้ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม

วาระที่สำคัญในการประชุมครั้งนี้ เพื่อให้การดำเนินการตามมติคณะรัฐมนตรี เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย โดยให้อำเภอทั้ง 3 อำเภอ ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ประกอบด้วย อำเภอเมืองภูเก็ต อำเภอถลาง และอำเภอกะทู้ ได้ทบทวนและปรับปรุงการกำหนดพื้นที่เพื่อตั้งสถานบริการ Zoning และท้องที่งดอนุญาตให้ตั้งสถานบริการ ให้มีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับสภาวการณ์ในปัจจุบัน โดยในส่วนของ อำเภอเมือง มีเขตโซนนิ่ง อยู่ ถนนท้ายนา ตำบลกะรน จากการกำหนดไว้เมื่อปี 2546 ซึ่งขณะนี้ ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองภูเก็ต อยู่ในช่วงพิจารณาทบทวนและปรับปรุงการกำหนดเขตพื้นที่เพื่อการอนุญาตให้ตั้งสถานบริการเพิ่มเติมจากโซนนิ่งเดิมที่มีอยู่ เนื่องจากสถานบริการส่วนใหญ่ในเขตอำเภอเมืองตั้งอยู่นอกเขตโซนนิ่ง และมีการเปิดเกินเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด ในส่วนอำเภอกะทู้ ได้มีมติในที่ประชุมอย่างชัดเจน จัดพื้นที่ในบริเวณตำบลป่าตอง เป็นเขตโซนนิ่ง โดยมีข้อยกเว้นให้ห่างจากสถานที่ดังต่อไปนี้ ในรัศมี 100 เมตร ประกอบด้วย โรงเรียน วัด มัสยิด โรงพยาบาล และสถานที่ราชการ และในส่วนอำเภอถลาง ยังไม่มีการกำหนดเขตพื้นที่โซนนิ่ง เนื่องจากทางอำเภอยังไม่มีการยื่นขอเสนอการพิจารณาอย่างจริงจังโดยเริ่มจากผู้ปกครองท้องที่ต้องมีข้อมูลในเรื่องของยาเสพติดถ้าในระดับพื้นที่ไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้ให้แจ้งมายังส่วนราชการระดับจังหวัดซึ่งตนพร้อมที่จะให้การสนับสนุนในทุก ๆ ด้านเพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติดในจังหวัดภูเก็ตให้ลดลงให้ได้
