อาจารย์ขนิษฐา ธนาวิรัตนากิจ เผยว่า “ศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต (PKRUBI) ร่วมกับ สำนักบริหารทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา จัดอบรม‘ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญากับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชน’มีบุคลากรจากหน่วยงานราชการ รัฐวิสาหกิจ  ภาคเอกชนและผู้ประกอบการ เข้าร่วมเมื่อวันที่ 3 ก.พ. 58 ณ ห้องอัญชัน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต
