เมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2558 เวลา 07.30 น.ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 6 อาคารบ้านคุณพุ่ม โรงพยาบาลวชิระภูเก็ต นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุม “วาระงานยามเช้า”ครั้งที่ 4/2559 ซึ่งสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นเจ้าภาพ โดยมีรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายภาคภูมิ อินทรสุวรรณ ปลัดจังหวัดภูเก็ต นพ.บัญชา ค้าของ นายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัดภูเก็ต พ.ต.อ.ธีระพล ทิพย์เจริญ รักษาราชการผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น หัวหน้าส่วนราชการและข้าราชการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม
นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา กล่าวฝากการเร่งเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณที่ได้รับอนุมัติแล้ว โดยเฉพาะงบประมาณเกี่ยวกับการจัดฝึกอบรมต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นไปตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และขณะนี้ได้มอบหมายให้รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด ซึ่งรับผิดชอบได้เร่งรัดติดตาม เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่รัฐบาลกำหนด เพราะจากการตรวจสอบพบว่าของจังหวัดภูเก็ตยังมีความล่าช้าอยู่มาก นอกจากนี้ฝากส่วนราชการช่วยประชาสัมพันธ์ในส่วนของบุคคลซึ่งทำความดีเพื่อเป็นแบบอย่างให้กับบุคคลอื่นๆ ซึ่งในการจัดประชุมกรรมการในเดือนนี้ขอให้มีการจัดทำโล่ประกาศเกียติคุณให้แก่พนักงานขับรถที่เก็บกระเป๋าถือให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ลืมไว้ในรถ รวมถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงานของนักกีฬาเยาชนที่สร้างชื่อเสียงให้กับจังหวัดภูเก็ตด้วย รวมทั้งจะได้ประสานกับทางตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ตในการจัดหากำลังอาสาสมัครจราจรไปช่วยดูแลการจราจรบริเวณจุดที่มีการก่อสร้างอุโมงค์ เพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
