วาระการประชุมที่สำคัญ มีการพิจารณาแผนการบริหารจัดการน้ำจังหวัดภูเก็ต และปฏิบัติการขับเคลื่อนแผนบริหารจัดการน้ำ ได้กำหนดกลยุทธ์ มาตรการในการแก้ไขปัญหาทรัพยากรน้ำและทรัพยากรที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อใช้เป็นกรอบและเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาแก้ไข เสริมจุดแข็ง ลดจุดอ่อน ประกอบด้วย 4 ยุทศาสตร์ด้านการจัดการต้นน้ำ ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการจัดการกลางน้ำ ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการจัดการท้ายน้ำและยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ซึ่งมีแผนงาน โครงการดำเนินการทั้ง 4 ยุทธศาสตร์ จำนวน 53 โครงการ เพื่อรองรับการแก้ปัญหาน้ำอุปโภค บริโภคให้เพียงต่อความต้องการของประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยว
