ภูเก็ตประชุม ก.บ.จ. พร้อมจัดทำแผนพัฒนาจังหวัดให้มีศักยภาพเพิ่มขึ้น

เมื่อวันที่ 14 ตุลาคม  2558  เวลา 13.30 น.  ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 2 อาคารศูนย์ประชุมกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารงานจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ (ก.บ.จ.) จังหวัดภูเก็ตโดยมี นายนันทศักดิ์ บุนนาค หัวหน้ากลุ่มงานอำนวยการ สนจ.ภูเก็ต นายจรัล ส่างสาร เลขาธิการหอการค้าจังหวัดภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม

การประชุมในวันนี้ เพื่อรายงานผลการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการจังหวัดประจำปีงบประมาณ 2558 รวมถึงชี้แจงงบประมาณตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการจังหวัดประจำปีงบประมาณ 2559 ของโครงการต่างๆที่เป็นไปตามประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ของจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยแบ่งโครงการออกเป็น 3 ประเด็น ประกอบด้วย  1.แหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางทะเลที่มีมาตรฐานระดับโลก จำนวน 15 โครงการ  2.สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวและประชาชน จำนวน 4 โครงการ  3.ปรับองค์กรให้รองรับการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวสู่มาตรฐานสากล จำนวน 5 โครงการ รวมโครงการทั้งหมด 24 โครงการ และค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหารงานจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ อีกจำนวน 1 โครงการ รวมงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 163,502,800 บาท ทั้งนี้ มีการชี้แจง นโยบาย หลักเกณฑ์ พร้อมวิธีการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาจังหวัด 4 ปี (2557 – 2560) ฉบับทบทวนใหม่ รอบปี 2560 และมีการเปลี่ยนหน่วยงานดำเนินโครงการจัดสร้างปะการังเทียมเพื่อการฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรทางทะเลและวิถีชีวิตของประชาชนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่เป็นไปตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการจังหวัดประจำปีงบประมาณ 2559

นอกจากนี้ได้มีการพิจารณาการเปลี่ยนหน่วยงานดำเนินโครงการก่อสร้างดาดท้องคลอง คสล. คลองแสนสุข ตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการจังหวัดประจำปีงบประมาณ 2559 ด้วยเช่นกัน รวมถึงได้มีการคัดเลือกคณะกรรมการบริหารงานจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ (ก.บ.จ.) เพื่อเข้าร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการบริหารงานกลุ่มจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ (ก.บ.ก ) กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน พร้อมทั้งพิจารณารับรองแผนพัฒนาจังหวัดภูเก็ต 4 ปี ฉบับทบทวนใหม่ รอบปี 2560 และแผนปฏิบัติราชการจังหวัดประจำปีงบประมาณ 2560 เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาจังหวัดภูเก็ตให้มีศักยภาพที่ดียิ่งขึ้นและยกระดับคุณภาพในด้านการท่องเที่ยวระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
