จังหวัดภูเก็ตประชุมกรรมการบริหารกลุ่มจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ (ก.บ.ก.) กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันครั้งที่ 4/2559

ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 2 อาคารคอซิมบี้ ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารกลุ่มจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ (ก.บ.ก.) กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันครั้งที่ 4/2559 โดยมีนายเดชรัฐ สืบสิริ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตรัง นายศรันยู เสมา หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดภูเก็ตและผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมจากจังหวัดพังงา ระนอง กระบี่ ตรังและภูเก็ต

นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี กล่าวว่า กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน จะได้ต้อนรับ ฯพณฯ นายกรัฐมนตรีและคณะในโอกาสมีกำหนดการเดินทางมาราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานประกอบพิธีเปิดอาคารผู้โดยสารระหว่างประเทศแห่งใหม่ ณ ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ตและเป็นประธานเปิดงาน Startup Thailand & Digital Thailand 2016 ภาคใต้ ณ ดวงจิตต์รีสอรท์ จ. ภูเก็ตในวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2559 และช่วงบ่ายมีกำหนดพบปะประชาชน ณ หอประชุมใหญ่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต และมีกำหนดร่วมประชุมหารือระหว่างนายกรัฐมนตรี คณะกรรมการ กรอ.ส่วนกลางและคณะกรรมการ กรอ.กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ณ ห้องประชุมอาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต ซึ่งในการประชุมครั้งนี้จะมีผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดและภาคเอกชนในพื้นที่เข้าร่วมประชุม

การประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารงานกลุ่มจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ (ก.บ.ก.) กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ครั้งที่ 4/2559 วันนี้ มีประเด็นสำคัญเพื่อรับทราบผลการพิจารณาจัดสรรงบประมาณตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปี 2560 นโยบาย หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัด (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2564) และหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีของจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัด ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2561 และจะได้ร่วมกันพิจารณากลั่นกรองแผนงานโครงการที่ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคระอนุกรรมการจัดทำแผนพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัด (พ.ศ. 2561-2564) การพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบแผนพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัด ภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2564) และการพิจารณาการโอนทรัพย์สิน
ทั้งนี้การประชุมในวันนี้ทางที่ประชุมได้เร่งรัดในเรื่องการจัดทำแผนงบประมาณที่ได้รับการจัดสรรตามแผนปฏิบัติการที่ได้มีการงบประมาณไว้และให้เร่งรัดการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณเมื่อได้รับการจัดสรร นอกจากนี้ยังมีการพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบแผนพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน (พ.ศ. 2561-2564) ตามที่ได้มีการจัดทำไว้แล้วอีกด้วย
