ผวจ.ภูเก็ตเรียกหน่วยงานเกี่ยวข้องหารือกรณีคลิปเผยแพร่ ทางโซเชียลมีเดีย ประเด็นการเรียกเก็บค่าโดยสารรถสาธารณะเกินความเป็นจริง

เมื่อวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน  2559  เวลา 11.00 น.  นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เรียกประชุมหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องประกอบด้วย พ.ต.อ.พีระยุทธ์ การะเจดีย์ รองผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต  พ.ต.ท.บัณฑิต ขาวสุธรรม รอง ผกก.5 บก ทท. ตำรวจท่องเที่ยว นายสุพจน์ ชนะกิจ นายอำเภอเมืองภูเก็ต  นายสายัณห์ ชนะชัยวงศ์ นายอำเภอกะทู้  ว่าที่ ร.ต.วิกรม จากที่ นายอำเภอถลาง  นายสมหมาย สุตขาว ขนส่งจังหวัดภูเก็ต  นางบุษยา ใจเปี่ยม ประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดภูเก็ต นางสาวรัชดากรณ์ พัฒนา นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ สำนักงานท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายดรุณ สุขใส ประธานชุมนุมสหกรณ์รถบริการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ร่วมหารือกรณีที่มีคลิปเผยแพร่ ทางโซเชียลมีเดีย ประเด็นการเรียกเก็บค่าโดยสารรถสาธารณะเกินความเป็นจริง

ภายหลังจากการร่วมหารือ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตได้ให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้จัดทำประกาศเรื่องอัตราค่าจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสารสำหรับรถยนต์บริการในจังหวัดภูเก็ต มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2556 ในสมัยที่ตนเป็นรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการเอารัดเอาเปรียบและหลอกลวงนักท่องเที่ยว ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวขาดความเชื่อมั่นในความปลอดภัยจากการใช้บริการรถสาธารณะ ส่งผลกระทบต่อภาพลักษณ์และทำลายบรรยากาศการท่องเที่ยว จึงมีมติเห็นชอบให้กำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสาร สำหรับรถยนต์บริการในจังหวัดภูเก็ตขึ้น โดยให้ถืออัตราค่าจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสารดังกล่าวเป็นอัตราขั้นสูงสุดสำหรับผู้โดยสารไม่เกิน 4 คน และสามารถต่อรองราคาได้ระหว่างผู้โดยสารกับผู้ขับรถสำหรับอัตราค่าจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสารเหมาคันจาก กะตะถึงกะรน ตามประกาศดังกล่าวราคา 200 บาท จะเห็นได้ว่าผู้ขับรถสาธารณะไม่ได้เรียกเก็บค่าโดยสารเกินราคาตามที่ระบุในคลิปดังกล่าว

อย่างไรก็ตามเพื่อเป็นการแก้ปัญหาอันจะส่งผลกระทบต่อภาพลักษณ์จังหวัดภูเก็ต จึงได้เพิ่มมาตรการเพื่อสื่อสารและสร้างความเข้าใจกับนักท่องเที่ยวโดยจะนำประกาศดังกล่าวติด ประกาศรถโดยสารสาธารณะทุกคัน โดยใช้ 4 ภาษา คือ ภาษาไทยอังกฤษ จีน และรัสเซีย เพื่อให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้รับทราบข้อมูลอย่างไรก็ตามผู้โดยสารยังสามารถต่อรองราคากับพนักงานขับรถได้ และหาก ผู้โดยสารถูกเรียกเก็บค่าโดยสารเกินจากประกาศดังกล่าว ขอให้แจ้งได้ที่สายด่วน 1584 ศูนย์บริการข้อมูล สำนักงานขนส่งจังหวัดภูเก็ต
