เมื่อคืนวันที่ 27 กรกาคม  2558  ที่ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในพิธีปล่อยแถวจัดระเบียบสังคมตามนโยบายรัฐบาลโดยบูรณาการทำงานจากหน่วยงานทุกภาคส่วน โดยมีนายภาคภูมิ อินทรสุวรรณ ปลัดจังหวัดภูเก็ต พ.ต.อ. พีระยุทธ์ การะเจดีย์ รองผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปกครอง ตำรวจ ทหารและส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์  กล่าวว่า การระดมกวาดล้างเป็นเรื่องสำคัญที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้ปฏิบัติอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยจะมีการเพิ่มความเข้าใจร้านเหล้ารอบสถานศึกษา ตามนโยบายของ คสช. จึงได้มอบให้หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ บูรณาการในการแก้ปัญหา ร่วมกันโดยเฉพาะเรื่องยาเสพติด อาวุธปืน การใช้บริการของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี และการเปิดสถานบริการ เกินเวลารบกวนประชาชน ซึ่งการจัดระเบียบสังคมครั้งนี้ได้รับความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนทั้งในส่วนของตำรวจ ทหาร ทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 สาธารณสุขจังหวัด วัฒนธรรม สรรพสามิต เป็นต้น สำหรับผลการจัดระเบียบสังคม แยกเป็นอำเภอเมือง 12 ร้าน มีการกระทำ 1 ร้าน เปิดสถานบริการโดยไม่รับอนุญาต ตรวจสารเสพติด 76 ราย ไม่พบปัสสาวะสีม่วง อำเภอถลาง 7 ร้าน อำเภอกะทู้ 5 ร้าน ไม่พบการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย
