สำนักงานคุมประพฤติจังหวัดภูเก็ตจัดค่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพเด็กและเยาวชน “ค่ายก้าวใหม่ หัวใจสีชมพู”

เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม  2559  ที่ค่ายลูกเสือ จังหวัด ภูเก็ต นายสุพจน์ ชนะกิจ นายอำเภอเมืองภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการค่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพเด็กและเยาวชนที่อยู่ในความดูแลของกรมคุมประพฤติ “ค่ายก้าวใหม่ หัวใจสีชมพู” โดยมีนายปรัชญา ชัยวรานุรักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานคุมประพฤติจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายพิชิต วรรณจิตต์ ผู้บัญชาการเรือนจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต ส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ปกครอง คณะวิทยากร เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานคุมประพฤติ ผู้กระทำผิดที่เป็นเด็กและเยาวชนจำนวน 50 คน เข้าร่วม

นายปรัชญา ชัยวรานุรักษ์ กล่าวว่า สำนักงานคุมประพฤติจังหวัดภูเก็ตสังกัดกรมคุมประพฤติ กระทรวงยุติธรรม มีภารกิจหลักในการแก้ไขฟื้นฟูผู้กระทำผิดในชุมชน ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและคุณค่าของเด็กและเยาวชนซึ่งเป็นทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่จะได้เติบโตเป็นกำลังของประเทศชาติในอนาคต ปัจจุบันสำนักงานคุมประพฤติมีจำนวนคดีเด็กและเยาวชนที่อยู่ในความดูแลทั้งหมด 210 คดี จากคดีที่มีความผิดเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ไปจนถึงคดีที่มีความอุกฉกรรจ์ร้ายแรง โดยจะพบเห็นได้จากข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ผ่านทางสื่อมวลชนหลายแขนง ที่มักปรากฏพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของเด็กและเยาวชน เช่น ลักขโมย การเสพยาเสพติด ทำร้ายร่างกาย ยกพวกตีกันระหว่างสถาบัน จนถึงคดีฆาตกรรม จากปัญหาดังกล่าวนอกจากจะส่งผลกระทบต่อเด็กและเยาวชนโดยตรงแล้ว ยังส่งผลไปถึงครอบครัวและสังคมรวมถึงการพัฒนาประเทศด้วย ทำให้มีการจัดโครงการค่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพเด็กและเยาวชน ที่อยู่ในความดูแลของกรมคุมประพฤติ “ค่ายก้าวไหม หัวใจสีชมพู” ขึ้น เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชนที่ถูกคุมความประพฤติให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อตนเอง การตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง รู้จักและเข้าใจตนเอง รวมทั้งการเห็นคุณค่าของตนเองและผู้อื่นและเรียนรู้ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาอีกทั้งเพื่อให้เด็กและเยาวชนตระหนักถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำผิดของตนเองต่อผู้อื่นและสังคมเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิตไม่ให้หวนกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำและเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชนที่ถูกคุมความประพฤติให้มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการประกอบอาชีพและรู้จักตนเอง
