จังหวัดภูเก็ตประชุมคณะอนุ กรรมการพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ เน้นมาตรการสร้างเกราะป้องกัน ให้กับเยาวชน

เมื่อวันที่ 21 มิถุนายน  2559  เวลา 13.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุมสำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดภูเก็ต ดร.ประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดภูเก็ตครั้งที่ 2/255 โดยมีคณะอนุกรรมการประกอบด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและตัวแทนภาคเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

ก่อนวาระการประชุม ประธานได้มอบเกียรติบัตรให้แก่ผู้ชนะการประกวดคลิปวีดีโอหัวข้อ”เด็กไทยรู้เท่าทันสื่อ” ตามโครงการพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ที่สำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดภูเก็ตจัดขึ้น ซึ่งผู้ชนะเลิศได้แก่ทีมจากโรงเรียนเทศบาลปลูกปัญญา รองชนะเลิศอันดับที่ 1 ได้แก่ทีมจากโรงเรียนภูเก็ตวิทยาลัย และรองชนะเลิศอันดับที่ 2 ได้แก่ทีมจากโรงเรียนภูเก็ตวิทยาลัย รวมถึงการมอบเกียรติบัตรร้านเกมส์สีขาวแก่ผู้ประกอบการร้านเกมส์ จากนั้นที่ประชุมได้รับทราบผลการดำเนินงานด้านการรณรงค์เนื่องในเทศกาลสำคัญ ๆ ที่ผ่านมาโดยเน้นการส่งเสริมปลูกฝังค่านิยมและรักษาวัฒนธรรมประเพณีที่ดีงามของไทย ทั้งนี้ประธานเน้นย้ำให้คณะอนุกรรมการให้ความสำคัญในเรื่องดังกล่าวโดยเฉพาะเด็กและเยาวชน คืออนาคตของชาติ ขอให้ช่วยกัน หามาตรการสร้างเกราะป้องกัน ให้นักเรียนนักศึกษา โดยขอให้สถานศึกษาที่มีการจัดตั้งศูนย์เฝ้าระวังทางวัฒนธรรมในสถานศึกษาร่วมกับสำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดสร้างกิจกรรมเป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนให้เยาวชนได้มีภูมิคุ้มกันตนเองรู้จักวิธีการเลือกรับสื่อที่มีประโยชน์ต่อตนเองและสังคม เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือสื่อออนไลน์เป็นสื่อที่เข้าถึงได้ง่าย

นอกจากนี้ที่ประชุมได้รับทราบโครงการรถโรงหนังของหอภาพยนตร์ ที่เดินทางไปจัดฉายภาพยนตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้แก่เด็กนักเรียนและประชาชนตามโรงเรียนและชุมชนที่ห่างไกลจากโรงภาพยนตร์ทั่วประเทศ โดยรถโรงหนังจะเดินทางมาจัดฉายภาพยนตร์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระหว่าง วันที่ 23 ถึง 28 มิถุนายน 2559 ตามกำหนดการ ดังนี้ วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 23 มิถุนายน ให้บริการ ฉายภาพยนตร์ ณ บริเวณสนามบาสเก็ตบอล สวนสาธารณะสะพานหิน วันที่ศุกร์ที่ 24 มิถุนายนให้บริการที่โรงเรียนวัดสว่างอารมณ์ วันจันทร์ที่ 27 มิถุนายนให้บริการที่โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 บ้านกะทู้ และวันอังคารที่ 28 มิถุนายนให้บริการที่โรงเรียนเชิงทะเลวิทยาคมโดยเปิดให้ชมฟรี รอบนักเรียนเวลา 10:00 – 15.00 น. และรอบประชาชนทั่วไปตั้งแต่เวลา 16.30 น. เป็นต้นไป
