จำลองคดีบนชั้นศาล ผู้พิพากษาถ่ายทอดหลักกฎหมาย นักศึกษานิติศาสตร์

สาขาวิชานิติศาสตร์ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต จัดกิจกรรม “วันสถาปนา นักกฎหมายไทย (วันรพี) ประจำปี 2558” โดยมี         นายธีระพงศ์ พงศ์สุภากุล ผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธาน ร่วมด้วย นายชัยยศ ปัญญาไวย ประธานสภาทนายความจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผู้พิพากษา อัยการ ทนายความ ตลอดจน คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษา เข้าร่วม ณ สำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต

กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อรำลึกถึงคุณงามความดี และคุณูปการของพระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้ารพีพัฒนศักดิ์ กรมหลวงราชบุรีดิเรกฤทธิ์ พระบิดาของนักกฎหมายไทย มหาวิทยาลัยจึงจัดกิจกรรมบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาของกฎหมายไทย รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมศาลจำลอง ซึ่งได้รับเกียรติจากผู้พิพากษา อัยการ และทนายความ พิจารณาคดีอาญา พรบ.ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดทางคอมพิวเตอร์  ในรูปแบบเสมือนจริง เพื่อให้นักศึกษาสาขาวิชานิติศาสตร์ ซึ่งจะเป็นกำลังที่สำคัญของวงการยุติธรรมในอนาคต มีโอกาสได้เรียนรู้ข้อกฎหมาย และขั้นตอนการทำงานบนชั้นศาลอย่างละเอียด
