ที่ประชุม กพร.ปจ.ภก. พิจารณาร่างแผนพัฒนากำลังคนจังหวัดภูเก็ตปี 2560-2564 มุ่งพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตรงกับความต้องการสถานประกอบการ

เมื่อวันที่ 5 กันยายน  2559  เวลา 13.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุมสำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต ดร. ประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาแรงงานและประสานงานการฝึกอาชีพจังหวัดหรือ กพร .ปจ . ครั้งที่ 3/2559 โดยมีคณะอนุกรรมการจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนเข้าร่วม

ที่ประชุมรับทราบข้อมูลตำแหน่งงานและจำนวนแรงงานของอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือแรงงาน 3 สาขาอุตสาหกรรม ประกอบด้วย อุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวธุรกิจโรงแรมและธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องอุตสาหกรรมบริการสุขภาพธุรกิจสปาและอุตสาหกรรมมารีน่า ทั้งนี้ได้มีการพิจารณาร่างแผนพัฒนากำลังคนจังหวัดภูเก็ตปี 2560 -2564 เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะแรงงาน และประสานการฝึกอาชีพให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมีการบูรณาการร่วมกันในพื้นที่ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของฝีมือแรงงานและสถานประกอบกิจการ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะคือ ระยะสั้นไม่เกิน 1 ปี ระยะกลาง 1 ถึง 3 ปีและระยะยาวมากกว่า 3 ปีขึ้นไป โดยจะมีผลบังคับใช้ในปี 2560

โครงการในระยะสั้นจะเน้นด้านการฝึกอบรมทักษะฝีมือแรงงานการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อจัดทำและพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้มาตรฐานของหลักสูตรรวมถึงการจัดประชุมสัมมนาหน่วยงานเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนแผนของหน่วยงานภาคการศึกษาและพัฒนากำลังคน ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนหลัก ส่วนในระยะกลางจะเน้นกิจกรรมด้านการฝึกอบรมและการประชาสัมพันธ์ อาทิ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรพัฒนาสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ สื่อออนไลน์ ส่วนระยะยาวที่มากกว่า 3 ปีจะเน้นกิจกรรมโครงการด้านการพัฒนาระบบกลไกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานขับเคลื่อนแผนพัฒนากำลังคนของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ การส่งเสริมสิทธิประโยชน์ทางด้านภาษีการเงินให้กับหน่วยงานที่ฝึกอบรม

ทั้งนี้ในที่ประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการฯ ขอให้คณะทำงานย่อยในแต่ละสาขาไปทบทวนจำนวนกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อให้ตรงกับความเป็นจริงและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของพื้นที่ต่อไป
