ดร.พัลลภ สิงหเสนี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในพิธีปิดการแข่งขันกรีฑานักเรียน นักศึกษาและประชาชนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ประจำปี 2557  พร้อมด้วย นายไพบูลย์ อุปัติศฤงค์ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต  พร้อมด้วย คณะสมาชิกสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ อบจ.ภูเก็ต รวมถึงคณะครู อาจารย์ นักเรียน นักศึกษา จากสถานศึกษาต่างๆ ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ตลอดจนแขกผู้มีเกียรติ  และประชาชน เข้าร่วมเป็นจำนวนมาก ณ สนามสุรกุล จังหวัดภูเก็ต
