การส่งเสริมกองทุนยุติธรรม เพื่อคุ้มครอง ช่วยเหลือคนยากจน ผู้ด้อยโอกาส และคุ้มครองผู้ถูกล่วงละเมิดสิทธิและเสรีภาพ และลดความเหลื่อมล้ำของประชาชนในสังคม

เมื่อวันที่ 21 ตุลาคม  2558  เวลา 13.30 น.  ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการกองทุนยุติธรรมประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต ครั้งที่ 1โดยมี นางกตมน ทัลวัลลิ์ หัวหน้าสำนักงานยุติธรรมจังหวัดภูเก็ต อัยการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม

นายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ กล่าวว่า ตามที่รัฐบาลได้กำหนดให้มีการส่งเสริมกองทุนยุติธรรม เพื่อคุ้มครอง ช่วยเหลือคนยากจน ผู้ด้อยโอกาส และคุ้มครองผู้ถูกล่วงละเมิดสิทธิและเสรีภาพ และลดความเหลื่อมล้ำของประชาชนในสังคม เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการกองทุนยุติธรรมมีความคล่องตัว และมีความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก่ประชาชนให้ครอบคลุมในระดับจังหวัด จึงได้มีคำสั่งให้แต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการกองทุนยุติธรรมประจำจังหวัด โดยให้อำนาจหน้าที่ ในการอนุมัติ ไม่อนุมัติ หรือยุติคำขอรับการสนับสนุนเงินจากกองทุนยุติธรรม พร้อมทั้งวางระเบียน และหลักเกณฑ์ ในการพิจารณากองทุนยุติธรรม

การประชุมในวันนี้ เพื่อรายงานผลรวมถึงการพิจารณาคำขอรับการช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนเงินกองทุนยุติธรรมตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายน ถึงเดือนกันยายน 2558 ของจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งมีผู้ขอรับการสนับสนุนทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 30 ราย ประกอบด้วย อนุมัติกรณีเร่งด่วนโดยยุติธรรมจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 3 ราย ยุติคำขอ จำนวน 9 ราย อยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 13 ราย โดยได้มีการนำเข้าพิจารณาในที่ประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการฯ วันนี้ จำนวน 5 ราย ที่ประชุมมีมติให้อนุมัติการช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนเงินกองทุนฯ จำนวน 2 ราย ไม่อนุมัติ จำนวน 2 ราย และยุติคำขอ จำนวน 1 ราย
