คณะผู้บริหารการคลังประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต จัดกิจกรรม “วายุภักษ์สัมพันธ์” เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางการคลัง และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ ของหน่วยงานในสังกัด
เมื่อวันที่ 2 ธันวาคม  2558 ที่ห้องประชุม โรงแรมภูเก็ตการ์เด้น อำเภอเมืองภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ
รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ “วายุภักษ์สัมพันธ์” ซึ่งคณะผู้บริหารการคลังประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต จัดขึ้นโดยมี นางเสาวภา ลิ่มศิลา คลังจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วย นายธำรงค์ ทองตัน ธนารักษ์พื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต /นางจำเนียร ชูเกียรติ สรรพากรพื้นที่ภูเก็ต ตลอดจนผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของหน่วยงานภาครัฐและสถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจของรัฐในสังกัดกระทรวงการคลังในจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 130 คน จาก 13 หน่วยงาน เข้าร่วม

นางเสาวภา ลิ่มศิลา คลังจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวถึงโครงการ “วายุภักษ์สัมพันธ์” ว่า สืบเนื่องจากกระทรวงการคลังได้มีคำสั่ง แต่งตั้งคณะผู้บริหารการคลังประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต มีชื่อย่อว่า คบจ. มีทีมเฉพาะกิจวายุภักษ์ เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงยุทธศาสตร์กระทรวงการคลังสู่ภูมิภาค ให้การสนับสนุนการทำงานซึ่งจะเสริมสร้างให้เกิดกลไกส่งผ่านและเชื่อมโยงนโยบายของกระทรวงการคลังกับจังหวัดในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคม การแก้ไขปัญหาของภาคเอกชน สังคมและชุมชนในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศให้เป็นรูปธรรม รวมถึงสนับสนุนและให้คำปรึกษาในการจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายต่อจังหวัด

คณะผู้บริหารการคลังประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต จึงได้จัดทำโครงการ “วายุภักษ์สัมพันธ์” ขึ้น เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางการคลังให้กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและสถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจของรัฐในสังกัดกระทรวงการคลังในจังหวัดภูเก็ต รวมถึงเป็นการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างผู้บริหารตลอดจนเจ้าหน้าที่ของหน่วยงานในสังกัด คบจ.ภูเก็ต อันจะนำมาซึ่งความร่วมมือ ร่วมแรง ร่วมใจ ในการปฏิบัติภารกิจในนามของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงการคลัง สามารถตอบสนองนโยบายของกระทรวงการคลัง และตอบสนองยุทธศาสตร์ของจังหวัดภูเก็ตให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จังหวัด และประเทศชาติโดยรวมต่อไป
