จังหวัดภูเก็ต มอบทุนการศึกษา สิ่งของพระราชทานแก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 จังหวัดภูเก็ต ประจำปี 2558 
เมื่อวันนี้  26 พฤศจิกายน 2558  เวลา 14.00 น.  ที่โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 ต.กมลา อ.กะทู้ จ.ภูเก็ต นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานมอบทุนพระราชทานเพื่อการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ และมอบอุปกรณ์การเรียนให้แก่นักเรียนของมูลนิธิราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี นายสายัณห์ ชนะชัยวงศ์ นายอำเภอกะทู้ นายวิสัน สุคะมะโน ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 จังหวัดภูเก็ต คณะครูอาจารย์ ตลอดจนนักเรียน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

นายวิสัน สุคะมะโน ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 จังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า ด้วยสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณต่อองค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ที่ทรงมีพระเมตตาแก่พสกนิกรปวงชนชาวไทย ทรงพระเมตตาให้มูลนิธิราชประชานุเคราะห์ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ก่อสร้างโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 จังหวัดภูเก็ต แห่งนี้ขึ้นเพื่อให้การสงเคราะห์แก่นักเรียนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากภัยพิบัติคลื่นยักษ์สึนามิ เมื่อปลายปี พ.ศ.2547 และเด็กด้อยโอกาสในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ให้เข้าถึงบริการทางการศึกษาในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

ในครั้งนี้มูลนิธิราชประชานุเคราะห์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ได้อนุมัติทุนพระราชทานเพื่อการศึกษาสงเคราะห์แก่นักเรียนทุนฯ ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 5 ราย ซึ่งกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต เป็นเงินคนละ 15,000 บาท พร้อมอุปกรณ์การเรียนแก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 จังหวัดภูเก็ต

สำหรับโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 36 จังหวัดภูเก็ต เดิมคือ โรงเรียนบ้านกมลา ตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่ 18 ไร่ 50.59 ตารางวา ติดกับชายหาดกมลา ต.กมลา อ.กะทู้ จ.ภูเก็ต สังกัดสำนักบริหารการศึกษาพิเศษ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ มีเขตพื้นที่ให้บริการ คือ ทุกอำเภอในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ปัจจุบัน เปิดทำการสอนเข้าสู่ปีที่ 10 โดยจัดการเรียนรู้ตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นอนุบาล ถึงระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีนักเรียนประเภทประจำ และประเภทไป-กลับ ปัจจุบันมีนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 707 คน เป็นนักเรียนประจำ 247 คน นักเรียนไปกลับ 460 คน มีห้องเรียน 26 ห้องเรียน มีข้าราชการครู 11 คน พนักงานราชการ 9 คน ครูอัตราจ้าง 29 คน เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ 1 คน คนงานจ้างเหมาบริการ 10 คน และพี่เลี้ยงเด็กพิการ 10 คน รวมบุคลากรทั้งสิ้น 70 คน
