เมื่อวันที่ 19 มิถุนายน  2558 เวลา 13.00 น. ที่ ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต รับหนังสือชี้แจงจาก นายสำราญ แสนยานุภาพ และนายสุลักษณ์ กุณารักษ์ เข้ายื่นหนังสือชี้แจงต่อจังหวัด เรื่องที่ดินเลขที่ 73 ต.ฉลอง จำนวนเนื้อที่ 79 ไร่ 68 ตรว. ที่ถูกกลุ่มนาย.ล่อเหม สังข์ขาวและพวกร่วมกันบุกรุกและกล่าวหาว่าใช้ชายชุดดำไปข่มขู่ ได้ชี้แจงว่าที่ดินดังกล่าวมีโฉนดถูกต้อง ตามที่ศาลฎีกาได้ตัดสิน และกลุ่มคนดังกล่าวมีความผิดฐานบุกรุก ส่วนหนึ่งศาลได้ตัดสินแล้วว่ามีความผิดจริง และยังอยู่ในระหว่างพิจารณาคดีอีก 40 กว่าราย
