อบจ.ภูเก็ต ประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนาองค์กร 8 ด้านยุทธศาสตร์

เมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2558 เวลา 09.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุมสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายวัชรินทร์ ปฐมวัฒนพงศ์ ปลัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ปฏิบัติหน้าที่นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี นายไกรวุฒิ คุ้มบ้าน เลขานุการสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต นายสิทธิโชค เดชภิบาล สมาชิกสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต และนางสาววิศัลย์ศยา ผลสิน สมาชิกสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วย หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ อบจ.ภูเก็ต ตลอดจนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมการประชุม

ทั้งนี้ ได้มีการพิจารณาร่างแผ่นพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ.2558-2560) เพิ่มเติม ฉบับที่ 2 ซึ่งได้จัดทำโครงการเพิ่มเติมในยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านคุณภาพชีวิตและด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 2 โครงการ งบประมาณ 15,800,000 บาท ประกอบด้วย ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน จำนวน 1 โครงการ งบประมาณ 15,000,000 บาท และยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านคุณภาพชีวิต (การสาธารณสุข) จำนวน 1 โครงการ งบประมาณ 800,000 บาท รวมถึงพิจารณาร่างแผนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนา (พ.ศ.2559-2562) และพิจารณาร่างแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ.2559-2561) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยโครงการตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนา 8 ด้าน โดยในปี 2559 มีจำนวนโครงการทั้งหมด 247 โครงการ งบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 1,339,337,701 บาท แบ่งเป็นยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน จำนวน 17 โครงการ คิดเป็น 6.88 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 141,142,000 บาท ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต ได้แก่ ด้านการศึกษา จำนวน 68 โครงการ คิดเป็น 27.53 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 185,054,870 บาท ด้านสาธารณสุข จำนวน 15 โครงการ คิดเป็น 6.07 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 339,723,081 บาท ด้านพัฒนาสังคม จำนวน 11 โครงการ คิดเป็น 4.45 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 6,481,200 บาท ด้านการกีฬา จำนวน 16 โครงการ คิดเป็น 6.48 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 79,069,000 บาท ด้านการพัฒนาคนสู่สังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต จำนวน 16 โครงการ คิดเป็น 6.48 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 11,092,000 บาท ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านการจัดระเบียบชุมชน/สังคม และการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย จำนวน 10 โครงการ คิดเป็น 4.05 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 59,968,130 บาท ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านการส่งเสริมการลงทุน พาณิชยกรรม และการท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 9 โครงการ คิดเป็น 3.64 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 24,760,000 บาท ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 17 โครงการ คิดเป็น 6.88 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 55,350,000 บาท ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม จารีตประเพณี และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น จำนวน 21 โครงการ คิดเป็น 8.50 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 53,945,700 บาท ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านการเมืองและการบริหาร จำนวน 35 โครงการ คิดเป็น 14.17 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 373,360,700 บาท และยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต จำนวน 12 โครงการ คิดเป็น 4.86 เปอร์เซ็นต์ งบประมาณ 9,891,000 บาท.
