เทศบาลตำบลวิชิต และเทศบาลนครภูเก็ตจับมือกับโตโยต้าเพิร์ลฯ รวมพลังชุมชนร่วมปลูกป่าชายเลนเพื่อพ่อแห่งแผ่นดิน เฉลิมพระเกียรติ 88 พรรษา

เมื่อวันที่ 19 ธ.ค. 2558   เวลา 15.00 น.  ที่บริเวณถนนยกระดับคลองผี อ.เมืองภูเก็ต นายสสมศักดิ์ บุญแก้ว สมาชิกเทศบาลตำบลวิชิต เขต2 ในนามนายกรีฑา โชติวิชญ์พิพัฒน์ นายกเทศมนตรีตำบลวิชิต  ร่วมปลูกป่าชายเลน โดยมี ดร.ประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรมปลูกป่าชายเลนเพื่อพ่อแห่งแผ่นดิน เฉลิมพระเกียรติ 88 พรรษา พร้อมด้วย นายวิบูลชัย ณ ระนอง รองกรรมการบริษัทโตโยต้าเพิร์ล  นายกวี ตันสุคตานนท์ รองนายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต ข้าราชการ พนักงานบริษัทโตโยต้าเพิร์ลฯ นักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนจำนวนมาก เข้าร่วมปลูกป่าชายเลน เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูป่าชายเลน

นายวิบูลชัย ณ ระนอง รองกรรมการบริษัทโตโยต้าเพิร์ล กล่าวว่า กิจกรรมปลูกป่าชายเลนเพื่อพ่อแห่งแผ่นดิน เฉลิมพระเกียรติ 88 พรรษา เพื่อให้ทุกคนและชุมชนตระหนักและเกิดจิตสำนึกต่อการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลนในท้องถิ่น อีกทั้งเพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่ป่าโกงกาง และเพิ่มภูมิทัศน์ให้มีสีเขียว เน้นให้เป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนที่สำคัญอีกแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ยังหวังให้เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนและจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งสามารถหารายได้เข้ามาหล่อเลี้ยงชีวิตในชุมชนในจังหวัดภูเก็ต

อย่างไรก็ตามบริษัทฯดำเนินธุรกิจ ขายและศูนย์บริการรถยนต์โตโยต้า ในจังหวัดภูเก็ตมากกว่า 36 ปี และมีนโยบาย วิสัยทัศน์ ของบริษัทให้เป็นอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว กิจการที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกิดความไว้วางใจต่อภาคประชาชน และเพื่อการอยู่ร่วมกันระหว่างผู้ประกอบการและชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
