ภูเก็ตประชุมรับมอบนโยบายกระทรวงมหาดไทยเร่งปฏิบัติราชการตามแผนงานของรัฐบาลและกระทรวงมหาดไทย

เมื่อวันที่ 15 มีนาคม  2559  เวลา 09.30 น. ที่ ห้องประชุมชั้น 2 อาคารคอซิมบี้ ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายกฤษฎา บุญราช ปลัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย เป็นประธานการประชุมเพื่อชี้แนวทางและข้อราชการสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายตามแนวทางของรัฐบาล ผ่านระบบวีดีทัศน์ทางไกล (Vdeo Conferrence) โดยมี นายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายภาคภูมิ อินทรสุวรรณ ปลัดจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายอนิรุทธ์ บัวอ่อน ป้องกันจังหวัด และหน่วยงานส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

วาระการประชุมที่สำคัญในครั้งนี้คือเรื่องของการเร่งขับเคลื่อนภารกิจสำคัญตามนโยบายรัฐบาลและกระทรวงมหาดไทย เพื่อพัฒนาประเทศชาติ และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย เรื่องการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด การบริหารจัดการขยะและการเตรียมการป้องกันภัยแล้ง ในส่วนของการดำเนินการตามโครงการตำบลละ 5 ล้านบาท ซึ่งกระทรวงมหาดไทยและกระทรวงการคลังได้มีการติดตามความคืบหน้าเรื่องการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณตามโครงการต่าง ๆ ร่วมกันอย่างใกล้ชิด และขอให้ทุกจังหวัดเร่งดำเนินการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณและก่อหนี้ผูกพันให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 31มีนาคมนี้ ในเรื่องของการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด การบริหารจัดการขยะและการเตรียมการกันป้องกันภัยแล้ง กระทรวงมหาดไทยได้มอบหมายให้หน่วยงานส่วนราชการที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและรับผิดชอบในเรื่องดังกล่าวกลับไปจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติราชการและเร่งดำเนินงานตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่รัฐบาลกำหนด

ทั้งนี้ ปลัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย ได้เน้นย้ำในเรื่องการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดเพราะถือเป็นวาระสำคัญของชาติ โดยให้ทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหา และให้ทุกจังหวัดจัดทำ “แผนประชารัฐร่วมใจสร้างหมู่บ้านชุมชนมั่นคง ปลอดภัยยาเสพติดอย่างยั่งยืน” เพื่อเป็นกลไกในการขับเคลื่อนงานในพื้นที่ ร่วมกับ สำนักงาน ปปส.ภาค โดยให้มีการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการรวมทั้งปฏิทินในการดำเนินงานของชุดปฏิบัติการประจำตำบลทั้ง 9 ขั้นตอน โดยบูรณาการหน่วยงานในพื้นที่เพื่อดำเนินการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดทุกกิจกรรมตามแนวทางดังกล่าว และให้รายงานผลให้ศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดกระทรวงมหาดไทยทราบต่อไป
