นายนิสิต กล่าวว่า ทางจังหวัดได้มีการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการป้องกันและปราบปรามแก้ไขปัญหาแรงงานต่างด้าวและการค้ามนุษย์จังหวัดภูเก็ต ทั้งนี้จากการลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ได้เน้นย้ำให้ผู้ที่ดูแลแคมป์ได้มีการเฝ้าระวังในเรื่องของสุขอนามัย ทั้งในเรื่องของน้ำ ห้องน้ำ ห้องสุขาและปัญหาขยะ ตลอดนนในเรื่องของน้ำเสียและในเรื่องของมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยและให้ทางแคมป์มีการจัดเตรียมในเรื่องของถังดับเพลิงเพื่อป้องกันในเรื่องอัคคีภัย ซึ่งการลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ได้มีส่วนราชการในทุกภาคส่วนได้ลงพื้นที่ในการให้ความรู้แก่แรงงานในทุก ๆ เรื่อง นอกจากนี้ยังมีการสุ่มตรวจในเรื่องของปัญหายาเสพติดอีกด้วย
