อบจ.ภูเก็ต จัดงาน “ลอยกระทงชมจันทร์ ริมทะเล อ่าวฉลอง” ประจำปี 2558

เมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2558 เวลา 20.00 น. วัชรินทร์ ปฐมวัฒนพงศ์ ปลัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ปฏิบัติหน้าที่นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงานประเพณีลอยกระทง ประจำปี 2558 “ลอยกระทงชมจันทร์ ริมทะเล อ่าวฉลอง” ณ ท่าเทียบเรืออ่าวฉลอง ตำบลฉลอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดย นายไกรวุฒิ คุ้มบ้าน เลขานุการสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน และนายโอภาส ชอบดี สมาชิกสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต กล่าวรายงานความเป็นมาของการจัดงาน ซึ่งมี นายเสถียร แก้วพระปราบ ผู้อำนวยการกองแผนและงบประมาณ อบจ.ภูเก็ต นางชุติมา จันทร์มี ผู้อำนวยการกองการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา อบจ.ภูเก็ต นางวาสนา ศรีวิลัย ผู้อำนวยการกองช่าง อบจ.ภูเก็ต นายสุวรรณ จันทร์ปลั่งสิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการกองพัสดุและทรัพย์สิน อบจ.ภูเก็ต นายประสิทธิ์ โยธารักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการกองกิจการขนส่ง อบจ.ภูเก็ต รวมถึงแขกผู้มีเกียรติ ประชาชนชาวไทย และชาวต่างชาติ เข้าร่วมงานเป็นจำนวนมาก

การจัดกิจกรรมงานประเพณีลอยกระทง 2558 “ลอยกระทงชมจันทร์ ริมทะเล อ่าวฉลอง” ในช่วงเช้าได้มีพิธีตักบาตรข้าวสารอาหารแห้ง พระสงฆ์ จำนวน 29 รูป การแข่งขันเรือหางยาว จำนวน 7 ประเภท และช่วงกลางคืน มีกิจกรรมการแสดงของนักเรียน นักศึกษา การแสดงของศิลปิน ลูกศร ตีสิบ วงแอลกอฮอล์ และการประกวดนางนพมาศ ประจำปี 2558

นายโอภาส ชอบดี สมาชิกสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า “ประเพณีลอยกระทง เป็นประเพณีที่มีมาตั้งแต่ครั้งสุโขทัย โดยมีคติความเชื่อว่าเป็นการบูชาและขอขมาพระแม่คงคา ซึ่งถือเป็นการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวทางน้ำในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายนที่จัดขึ้นทั่วประเทศ เพื่อเป็นการร่วมอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูงานประเพณีลอยกระทง ซึ่งเป็นประเพณีไทยอันดีงามให้คงอยู่และส่งเสริมให้เป็นสินค้าของการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจให้นักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางเข้ามาท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตเพิ่มมากขึ้น

อบจ.ภูเก็ต ได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์ประเพณีไทยที่ได้ปฏิบัติสืบทอดกันมาเป็นเวลานาน จึงได้ร่วมกันจัดงาน “ลอยกระทงชมจันทร์ ริมทะเล อ่าวฉลอง” ขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกความเป็นไทย ให้แก่เยาวชนและประชาชนในจังหวัดภูเก็ต และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวโดยนำเสนอประเพณีวัฒนธรรมไทยเป็นสื่อในการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้นักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศเดินทางเข้ามาเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตอีกด้วย อย่างไรก็ตาม การจัดงานในค่ำคืนนี้จะเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้ หากไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือร่วมใจจากทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งในส่วนของคณะกรรมการตัดสินการจัดงาน คณะกรรมการตัดสินการแข่งขันเรือหางยาว คณะกรรมการตัดสินการประกวดนางนพมาศ ลูกหลานนักแสดงทุกคน ตลอดจนเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกๆ ฝ่าย ที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดงาน”

ด้าน วัชรินทร์ ปฐมวัฒนพงศ์ ปลัด อบจ.ภูเก็ต ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่นายก อบจ.ภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า “ขอแสดงความชื่นชมคณะกรรมการจัดงานทุกภาคส่วนที่ได้ให้ความสำคัญร่วมกันสืบทอดประเพณีอันดีงามของไทยเราเอาไว้ ทำให้เด็กเยาวชนรุ่นหลังได้เห็นความสำคัญของประเพณีลอยกระทง และได้ร่วมกันอนุรักษ์และสืบทอดให้คงอยู่ต่อไป ถือเป็นการส่งเสริมงานประเพณีลอยกระทงให้เป็นสินค้าทางการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจในการเดินทางเข้ามาท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยในปีนี้ได้ชูไฮไลท์ของการจุดผางประทีป 9,999 ดวง เพื่อบูชาท้องทะเล แหล่งน้ำที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยคุณประโยชน์ของเมืองภูเก็ต ถือเป็นการสืบสานจารีตประเพณีที่ดีของไทยไว้ได้อย่างดี ขอชื่นชมคณะกรรมการจัดงาน และขอขอบคุณผู้มีส่วนร่วมและให้ความช่วยเหลือ สนับสนุนการจัดงานประเพณีลอยกระทงให้บรรรลุผลสำเร็จ”

สำหรับผลการประกวดนางนพมาศ งานลอยกระทง ประจำปี 2558 รางวัลชนะเลิศ อันดับ 1 ได้แก่ หมายเลข 12 น.ส.ภัทรมาลินทร์ นาสวาสดิ รับเงินรางวัล 15,000  บาท พร้อมถ้วยเกียรติยศ และสายสะพาย รองชนะเลิศ อันดับ 1 ได้แก่ หมายเลข 5 น.ส.อาทิตยา อะนะฝรั่ง รับเงินรางวัล 12,000 บาท พร้อมถ้วยเกียรติยศ และสายสะพาย รองชนะเลิศ อันดับ 2 ได้แก่ หมายเลข 13 น.ส.ทานตะวัน หนูแก้ว รับเงินรางวัล 9,000 บาท พร้อมถ้วยเกียรติยศ และสายสะพาย รางวัลขวัญใจประชาชน ได้แก่ น.ส.ภัทรวดี หนุนภักดี รับเงินรางวัล 6,000 บาท พร้อมถ้วยเกียรติยศ และสายสะพาย
