เทศบาลนครภูเก็ตร่วมกิจกรรมเนื่องในวันข้าราชการพลเรือน

เมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน  2559  เวลา 08.30  น. นายถาวร จิรพัฒนโสภณ รองนายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและพนักงานเทศบาล ได้ร่วมพิธีเนื่องในวันข้าราชการพลเรือน โดยมีนายจำเริญ ทิพยพงธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในพิธี ณ ห้องประชุมมะฮอกกานี โรงเรียนสตรีภูเก็ต

วันข้าราชการพลเรือน ตรงกับวันที่ 1 เมษายน ของทุกปี สืบเนื่องจากพระราชบัญญัติระเบียบข้าราชการพลเรือนพุทธศักราช 2471 ซึ่งเป็นการจัดระเบียบข้าราชการฝ่ายพลเรือนให้เป็นมาตรฐาน มีผลใช้บังคับในวันที่ 1 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2471 จึงได้ถือวันนี้เป็นวันข้าราชพลเรือนตั้งแต่นั้นมา โดยวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงานวันข้าราชการพลเรือนเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้เข้าใจถึงบทบาทและหน้าที่ของข้าราชการในการเป็น ผู้ให้บริการ เสียสละ และอุทิศเวลาเพื่อประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม ส่วนข้าราชการได้ตระหนักถึงเกียรติ หน้าที่ สามัคคี ซื่อสัตย์ ซึ่งเป็นคุณสมบัติของข้าราชการ อันจะเปลี่ยนภาพลักษณ์ ทัศนคติ ของประชาชนที่มีต่อข้าราชการให้เป็นไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น และเพื่อยกย่องส่งเสริมข้าราชการที่มีความประพฤติและผลปฏิบัติงานดีเด่น รวมถึงการเผยแพร่เกียรติคุณข้าราชการดีเด่นให้ปรากฏ อันจะช่วยสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้ข้าราชการกระทำความดีตลอดไป
