คณะลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ลูกเสือกกต. และลูกเสือชาวบ้าน จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 2900 คน เข้าร่วมประกอบพิธีเนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสถาปนาคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติ ประจำปี 2558

เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม  2558  เวลา 09.00 น. ที่สนามกีฬาสุระกุล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ในฐานะผู้อำนวยการลูกเสือจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในพิธีกล่าวทบทวนคำปฏิญาณและสวนสนาม เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสถาปนาคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติ ประจำปี 2558 ซึ่งสำนักงานลูกเสือเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาภูเก็ต ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการลูกเสือจังหวัดภูเก็ต /ลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ร่วมกันจัดขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการน้อมรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณพระบาท สมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว พระผู้พระราชทานกำเนิดลูกเสือไทย และเป็นการแสดงออกถึงความจงรักภักดี รวมทั้งร่วมใจประกาศสัญญาร่วมกันในการรณรงค์ต่อต้านยาเสพติดตามคำมั่น “รวมพลังไทยขจัดภัยยาเสพติดร่วมเทิดไท้องค์ราชัน” เพื่อถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่องค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ ในโอกาสที่ทรงเจริญพระชนมายุ 88 พรรษา และในฐานะองค์พระประมุขของคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติ โดยมี นายชลำ อรรถธรรม ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต ในฐานะผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานลูกเสือเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วย คณะลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ตลอดจนลูกเสือกกต. และลูกเสือชาวบ้านจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 2900 คน เข้าร่วมในพิธี

นายชลำ อรรถธรรม ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานลูกเสือเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า ในรอบปีที่ผ่านมา สำนักงานลูกเสือเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาภูเก็ต ได้ดำเนินการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจัดกิจกรรมด้านการลูกเสือในด้านต่างๆ หลายกิจกรรมด้วยกัน เช่น จัดฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสำรองขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น จำนวน 60 คน / จัดฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น จำนวน 3 รุ่น / จัดฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ขั้นความรู้ชั้นสูง จำนวน 45 คน / จัดฝึกอบรมลูกเสือต้านภัยยาเสพติด 127 คน / ส่งกองเนตรนารีสามัญ โรงเรียนวิชิตสงคราม เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประกวดระเบียบแถวลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ระดับประเทศ ประจำปี 2558 / คณะลูกเสือชาวบ้านจังหวัดภูเก็ต ร่วมงานชุมนุมลูกเสือชาวบ้าน 14 จังหวัดภาคใต้ และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเทิดพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ในโอกาสเจริญพระเจริญพระชนมายุ 60 พรรษา ที่ค่ายศรีนครินทร์ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และ เข้าเฝ้าถวายพระพรชัยมงคลสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพ เมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2558 ณ พระตำหนักจิตรลดารโหฐาน กรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นต้น สำหรับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ นับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการส่งเสริมและพัฒนากระบวนการกิจการลูกเสือของจังหวัดภูเก็ตให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้า อันรวมถึงการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมแก่เยาวชนที่เป็นอนาคตของชาติสืบไปด้วย
